The kitchen is not the same that they show in the picture, the bedroom smells so bad , the curtains was so dirty, was a very bad experience and this hotel.

The rooms were dirty when we checked in. We were lodged in 2 rooms, and both rooms were dirty. It was later taken care of after it was reported to the staff. Staffs are willing to help. I like the kitchen, where you can quickly heat up some water and make some boiled eggs. My teenage children made use of the gym, and they liked it. They also went to the pool to have some fun.

There were some positives. The free washers and dryers were extremely helpful, there’s a small store for snacks, drinks and necessities, the gym is small but adequate, and there is an indoor pool. However, a hot tub was advertised when we booked, but when we arrived it was sealed/covered and bolted shut. If it is no longer available for guest use, it should not be advertised as an amenity. The kitchenette was another major disappointment. There were eating utensils, but no cooking utensils, and the frying pan provided was extremely worn with significant rust/discoloration. I did not feel comfortable cooking with it. The front desk did try to help by giving us a pot, which I appreciated, but we were asked to put the frying pan back in the room rather than have it removed from use. We ultimately went out and purchased our own frying pan and cooking utensils so we could actually use the kitchenette. The room also showed quite a bit of wear, including rust/corrosion around the kitchen drawers, significant buildup on the air vent, worn/damaged finishes and other maintenance issues. The staff was nice but the front desk person was not at the desk. As we left to get our stuff and head to the room, front desk staff made themselves very comfortable in the lobby. Scrolling on their phone sitting in the lobby chairs. The hidden fees seem like a scam. Hotel.com states a $50 deposit and the front desk said it’s $75 and gave a reason why but it doesn’t seem to add up. I’m waiting for the money to be released to confirm what she explained. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Stains on the wall and floor. Didn’t shower because the tub was peeling and was not clean. The area didn’t seem like the best area either. When we arrived shoes were hanging from one of the top floor windows and another room had clothes hanging as well. We didn’t bother with the pool because the hotel was off putting enough.

Clean room!!! Staff always extremely friendly and helpful

The check in person had such a strong accent that I had to ask him to repeat himself numerous times, which I felt bad about. Otherwise things went very smoothly.

All ice machines in the rooms are turned off and there is not floor ice machines to keep you cooler stocked or cool. Staff didn’t care. Good price for one night but it is a shame people don’t care about service! Room was damp and had a funny smell when you entered the room

Stains & mold in shower/bathtub. Tub drain clogged up immediately as I started a shower. Staff was very helpful

Very clean for a dog friendly hotel, pool was great and the outdoor spaces were nice as well

TV did not work . Claimed they processed my deposit then processed it 2 hours later and kept 50 dollars for no reason and didn't give a response. Exhaust didn't work when I showered the smoke alarm engaged 3xs they come to door i have to answer in a towel

Room was spacious and clean. In town for an overnight. Front desk staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Room had roaches on the floor and in the cabinets.

The hallways seems dingy, the rooms smelled of old cigarettes, the bathroom grout had mold and the kitchen floor and stove in one of the rooms was dirty. I also requested rooms right next to each other since we were splitting up our family and they put us each on opposite needs of hallway. Also, when we arrived they didn’t have my second reservation which took a half hour to figure out. Pool was dirty and there was a garbage cart just sitting g in hallway that smelled.

The staff was great our event was postponed and they were great at accommodating us the girl at the front desk I can't remember her name but she was excellent

Good value for a comfortable clean suite. Friendly and helpful staff. Tv wasn’t working and it was taken care of very quickly by a polite and efficient staff member.

When I reported the issues to the front desk, I was told the hotel was fully booked and there were no other rooms available, so I had no choice but to stay. The bed was just as bad—it sagged badly in the middle, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. I ended up buying an air freshener plug-in just to make the room tolerable since I had already paid for my stay. Honestly, I've stayed in budget motels that were cleaner and more comfortable than this. I cannot recommend this hotel. The property is in desperate need of renovation, better maintenance, and much higher housekeeping standards.
