no room service

Check in process was different than what I am used to but was manageable. Be prepared to walking outside and around property to enter rooms. Which was not what I was used to
-
To get to this location, was a little sketchy as you have to drive into what looks like a driveway and pass two restaurants but there is plenty of parking once you find it.

STAFF DIDNT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL AND REFUSED TO REFUND US WHEN WE SAW THAT THE ROOM WAS DIRTY
-
The hotel was dirty, the bathroom had loose hair and our bedding also had loose hair on it- would never stay here again

Breakfast was horrible. They only put out three pieces of fruit at a time and three yogurts. I asked why and they said bc people take too many. Meanwhile there is a case of bananas in the back. I asked for fruit and was only offered an apple.

For a hotel near the capital and a huge tourist area this hotel was disgusting! I will try to include photos of the condition. The lobby appeared nice; however, we were sent into a separate entrance which was almost like entering an entire different building. They had a wet floor sign on a landing so long that it accumulated cobwebs, and the stairs were filthy. The pool area was difficult to enter with the room key and had poor stocking of towels. Also, for a pool to be unmanned the pool hours seemed to be very limited and disappointing. Tiles were disgusting and felt dingy being in the pool area. The room itself appeared they need some renovation as floor tiles were popping up, the walls had holes, and the bathroom was so tiny, there was little room to move around. The breakfast was in the original building, so the room was decent. The food seemed sparse selection even though it was the middle of the breakfast time. However, the staff came out and replenished the food of what was provided. Just don't expect a lot.

They don't like the visitors here, that's how we all felt. They do what is needed but give you such an eye! for asking for anything. Breakfast is limited with poor quality, they put out very few items like yogurt, fruit, or oatmeal and watch so no one takes more than one, "forget" to fill and give an attitude when asked for replenishment. They lock the room so you can't access coffee or even hot water during the day like in other places. The pool never has towels. You explicitly asked to pick up towels for yourself from the front desk. So you do your own services. When we came to the pool during operational hours yhe guy was cleaning the floors with chemicals and a pressure washer for am hour. The noise and the smell was herendous. We asked to stop so we could enjoy the quiet and peace, but he continued. The water in the pool is not heated, it is indoors but very cold. Everyone crowded the hot tub. On a second night we asked for 6 towels, he wasnt happy did get us 4 with the floor mat lol. The aftertaste is that the places managed to meet requirements, clean, but the emotion is that no one respects your quit and good time. No one from the staff ever smiled, they all walked around looking irritated on a verge of snap if you ask for a broken remote replacement or an extra towel. Also they speak another language between themselves, so you don't know what are they saying while checking in or out. The TV was poor quality, basic channels.

From the moment we checked in, there were cleanliness issues. The first room had a wet stain on the couch and stained sheets, and after being shown two more rooms, we finally chose one. Unfortunately, that room was even worse. After only a couple of hours, while getting my three children ready for bed, my oldest felt ants crawling all over her body. We checked the room and found ants throughout the room, including around the bed and all over the floor. My baby had already been sleeping in that exact bed for about an hour. We immediately packed up and left in the middle of the night with all three of my children. I requested a refund because we left due to the unacceptable conditions, yet they still want to keep our money. I have never felt the need to write a review like this before, but families deserve to know. If you have children, please stay far away from this place. The conditions and the way we were treated were completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would never stay here again.

The pool and hot tub was clean and well maintained and breakfast was basic.

Never leave negative reviews however, the staff was OVERLY NICE and kind when I checked in and about a majority of any questions. However, I got this room specifically for the size, fireplace, and jacuzzi tub. And the jacuzzi tub was the problem I attempted to use the tub and fill it with water no problem and put no products at all in the tub. I got in the tub and it was fine, turned on the jets and the entire tub filled with brown dirty bubbles, and disgusting particles coming out of the jets. It was disgusting and even stained my hands where I touched the brown liquid that came out. Had to take a shower separately to get the grime off of me. I took pictures and showed the front desk to bring it to their attention, and they just seemed indifferent, and just said okay thanks for telling us. They didn’t offer any discount, or a room change or anything. Just brushed it off like no big deal which was surprising from my earlier dealings when checking in. I reached out to Expedia for a refund and provided all the photos. The hotel and Expedia did not provide any type of discount, or anything. Rarely do I want or need money back, however the whole reason I paid more and went with this hotel was for the jacuzzi tub. So it was just overall disappointing. It’s clear they don’t clean the jacuzzi tub or the jets ever and it was just absolutely vile and disgusting the brown liquid and bubbles seeping out, I would beware for any tub fans or users of this property and Expedia.

Decent hotel to stay

Disgusting property. From the lobby to the hallways and into and throughout the rooms......truly disgusting. Please view the pictures. Even the breakfast room was horribly under kept. Dirty stained carpet, dirty cabinets, stale bread, plus the milk jug didn't have a lid so all the above shelf debris would fall into the open milk jug...gross. I guess lids are too expensive? Also, not a employee in sight to contact. Went to the front desk several times, no one there, but there was a sign with a phone number to call! In case you are wondering if someone actually answered the phone, sorry...no.

Very good

It wasn’t a bad place but not quite as clean as I wanted. For some reason my bathroom door was locked however the staff did react quickly to solve the problem. I went out of my room in the morning and was locked out and had to go get the card reactivated. Staff was good about it. Room felt wet, floors etc and I assume the bathroom had been cleaned prior to the door being locked. I felt like I could see some mold on the ceiling. I could tell they had tried to paint over it but I’m sure it had to do with the extra humidity in the room. It needed to be addressed some more.

The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly when we first checked in. However, when we called to let him know about the issues with the first room, he told us there were no other rooms available and said he could come down to look at the room. When he came to the room and we showed him the stains on the sheets and how dirty the bathroom and shower were, his attitude completely changed and he was rude. He told us the shower was dirty because it was a handicap-accessible room, which did not make sense or excuse the lack of cleanliness. He then told us to come to the front desk, where he ended up giving us a different room despite originally saying there were no other rooms available. Unfortunately, the second room still had stained towels and bedding. Overall, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms and how the situation was handled.
