The room was stained curtains for the windows and shower were stained and dirty, my pillow cases and sheets had dirt stains our chair in the room had stains on it and I had to shove a bar of soap in the shower drain to hold it open so the water could drain

It’s definitely a one star hotel don’t expect much

The staff was poorly trained.

First of all, they have no elevator asked for a partial refund because I’m having surgery across the street cannot stay in the hotel booked it for four days. showed me a room has trash under the bed cat like they had sit in the chair and gave birth little bugs on mattress. Please never stay here. It’s not worth it. It looks like a trap House.

You get what you pay for. I know there were a lot of negative reviews and I agree with most of them. The Lobby smells like Marijuana and parts of the hotel smells like mold and mildew. The property needs a serious upgrade. I know people complained about the $12 parking fee but I didn't mind since I only paid $56 a night for the room. It is in great walking distance to everything else in the area. The one mile walk to FNB Field was great and scenic. Everything else was good with the hotel. My room was clean, my AC worked, sheets were clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was also quiet the night I stayed there. People I spoke to (staff and guests) were all friendly as well. I'm not sure if I would stay there again. Maybe if I'm passing through and need to save money on a hotel room for the night.

Horrible place.

could be better

Just for one night stay is good

The room was bright, clean, and comfortable. The bathroom too. There is no breakfast included, but you are close to downtown. There is no coffee maker in the room, but there is coffee in the lobby. Parking in the hotel's lot is extra. The hotel is by the waterfront, which is good if you have time on your hands.

-
The carpet was really dirty all throughout the hallways and rooms, no did not disturb sign in the room, I will never return.

first floor.

Extremely filthy. You asked me to take pictures. Where do I send it? Room had no light - only 2 table lamps. Reception said no maintenance staff available until Monday! They refused to give me contact with the hotel manager. TV did not work.
-
At check-in, I was charged a $100 fee for "incidentals" and was told I would be charged for damages. You could see under our door that the tv stand was broken, the shower rod was coming loose from the wall, and when turning on the cold water in the sink, nothing came out. I took pictures of everything, and upon checking out I informed them I had done so and what the existing damages were and had better not be charged. I DO NOT recommend this place.

The scent of the room makes you think it's dirty. Housekeeping didn't check on my room. The staff was helpful but for what I got charged I would have gone to another hotel. Bedsheets were dirty, there were clothes from a previous guest on the bathroom.
