Not clean at all. I had to get cleaning supples just to stay in my room for the weekend. The curtain was tapped together. A hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. I had to also get blankets because it seemed that they didnt wash the blankets what so ever.

This is the second time it has happened, my first time it happened the same way.their is poor, don't pay attention to their clients concerns

This place is absolutely disgusting, rooms are not cleaned between guests, smell of smoke and mold, and there was active drug dealing going on in the room next to ours. Several of the rooms were occupied as homes, and there were also loud dogs barking in a few of the rooms. We didn't even bother staying, we sought out alternate lodging. Expedia should reconsider listing this motel as an option for anyone to stay in.

The smell of this place is literally unbearable. I don’t mind staying in a not so nice hotel to save a few bucks - but this was literally the worst thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I went to the office to check in - and had to wait for someone to come in to check me in and give me a room key - I wouldn’t have minded waiting except the smell was absolutely horrendous. The room smell was pretty unbearable also - absolutely disgusting. I sprayed every perfume and spray I could find to make it just slightly more tolerable. I put a sweatshirt over the bedding and pillow case because I literally didn’t want to touch it. It was one night so i tried not to complain. And after leaving it was hard to get the smell out of my bag, my clothes. It wasn’t just cigarette smoke smell either - I swear there had to be mold or dead animals - I have no idea. But I do know that i would not recommend this place at all!! Doesn’t look like irs necessarily in a bad area - but this place is literally disgusting. So spend the extra money and stay up the street at the Penn Harris Hotel or Comfort Inn!!

Told me there was no rooms available when I got there after I had called to tell them I was gonna be late I worked night shift n got stuck in snow, no breakfast, towels and linen were dirty, key card didn't work, gave a hard time for customer service. Gave my initial room away, bugs In room, outlets don't work, microwave smells burnt, heater is noisy, water in shower is only hot and shower doesn't pull up entire way so there's not much pressure, no soap, deadbolts don't work n lock on bathroom doesn't work. Didn't feel safe

This wasn't the worst motel I've stayed in, but it was in the running. It is bordered by a working Norfolk Southern freight rail line that operates at night with great crashing and banging as the equipment stops and starts. The facility maintenance is slapdash. The shower valve didn't work. Stuff is screwed to crudely cut wooden battens. There were no facial tissues and the smallest piece of soap I have ever seen. The bed linens and towels seemed clean. I didn't expect much, and that's what I got.

It was very nice and good location

It's not bad for the price.

We came in to the office and there were super annoying led lights, and we noticed the ‘continental breakfast’ was an opened box of cereal. We got our key and went to our room which had dirt/ stains on the walls and smelled like heavy smoking and had an ashtray despite being nonsmoking. There was absolutely no toilet paper. The bed comforters looked very old, limp, oily, and unwashed. We were so uncomfortable that we couldn’t spend the night there, and left. As we were leaving we noticed the keycard scanner was taped on the door next door

Owner/staff are courteous and were understanding when we decided not to stay. Facility is old but kept as well as can be expected. Problem is that other residents of the building were loud, profane and drinking. Others in evidence were sketchy. Not a place we would recommend. We checked out/left within 5 minutes of arriving

Don’t waste your time with this place. We traveled with friends this weekend, I booked and paid for a hotel room for my husband and I a week in advance. Our friends had also reserved a room in advance with the option to pay at check in. We all arrive and our friends get checked in and get their room key but it doesn’t work so the staff have to let them in with a key. I get to the desk to check in for our room and I’m told they had no more rooms and I would have to contact the rep center for a refund. It’s later in the evening at this point so, unsure if we’ll be able to book at another place, we all go to look at the room that our friends got, which was a double bed room (they had actually reserved one king bed). The hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed. After seeing crusty stains and smushed bed bugs on the dresser and duct tape on the wall we all decided not to stay. Thankfully we were able to find another hotel. So stressful, 0/10 do not recommend.

The no smoking rooms were full of smoke and odor. It is obvious they do not enforce rules. The room was filthy and not well maintained. The lobby smelled like a Chinese Restaurant. I cannot believe this is a Rodeway franchised Hotel, was more like a third world hostel. I could not stay there, so lost my money. I had pre-paid and had to find another hotel. They should be removed from the franchise ASAP
