Everything was good and staff were helpful

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good. That’s all I look for!

My room was clean and comfortable. AC was very loud. There were many electrical outlets but no charging outlets. Hair conditioner pump was empty.

Easy in easy out off the I81. Price was very competitive. Enjoyed our short stay.

While the hotel was clean and the staff somewhat helpful, we did end up checking out after a few hours of our stay. The pool was out of order and the TVs were on the fritz. We were told that someone threw up in the pool and it was yet to be cleaned and they were having cabel connectivity issues (later blamed on the storm) with the TV. After on the road for 8 hours with two small children looking forward to swimming and movies you can image the decision to check out. Non the less, the manager graciously refunded our stay the next day she was in for the inconvenience of early checkout due to amenity failings. 3/5 stars in all.

Breakfast was good with adequate variety.

The door did not have an emergency bolt-lock. I did not feel comfortable. When I called the desk, I did not get a satisfactory response. I was told the electric bolt should be good enough.

Staff was great, room was great, breakfast was also great but would have liked to have biscuits and gravy along with the other great breakfast items you already have.

Clean, spacious, hearty breakfast and helpful staff -- what else could you ask for? Perhaps a table or desk and some seating in our room.
