I checked in on Saturday to experience no air at the check in desk. It was extremely hot! It was so unbearable that I could not barely focus on what the clerk was saying.

Property was dirty! Room stunk

Nice staff but this was the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. Needs lots of repairs, dirty rooms with moldy smell. There is no breakfast even though they advertise on their website. Just poorly kept No house keeping seen the entire entire Dirty dirty dirty!!!

Room was clean and ready. Kitchen was handy for dinner we bought with us.

My favorite place to stay when coming to town. Very clean, luxurious stay. The only place I recommend to anyone coming into town.

Need a better front desk worker. That is knowledgeable on checking people in who have booked with an outside service.

Location and space The General manager Desirae Edward’s was rude, unprofessional and had no customer service skills.

Nice, spacious comfortable room, everything you need. Comfy bed, cool AC. Would definitely stay again.

The room was ok but had paint drippings on the floor. No ice machines, had to wait for the ice maker in the freezer to start working. No TV remote in the room. Called the front desk to bring one up and it never came. Went down to the desk to check on remote and the lady had one but took it to the wrong room. AC unit was very noisy

Had to switch room 3 times due to being dirty, then remodel.

Both carts had flat tires which made it very difficult to get the contents of our vehicle into our room for the night.
