Very poor

Bedspread and sheets were stained and damaged. AC very noisy and hard to adjust.

It's a cheap hotel, so it's good for late night stop sleep shower, quick breakfast and back on the road ... I did add a table for safety at the door. But the place is well lite, and has security ... But let's face it for $50 per night , you get what you pay for.

First of all they said they didn’t have the reservation and no avail rooms. Guy at desk smelled like BO. NOw after having to stay elsewhere, they have told Expedia that we dud stay and are refusing a refund. We are going to call the health dept and other agencies on them.

Mostly gross. No trash cans in room. A/C didn’t cool the room. No ice machine. Lots of locals living in rooms. Service Animal issue: desk clerk said i had to show him proof of service & I explained that the id cards aren’t necessary, so he insisted I show him my letter from Doctor. I showed him and explained that he couldn’t technically ask for that info but I had already paid & was tired from long drive. Pix attached

The check in clerk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel management must work on cleanliness.

I would recommend to never book this hotel. They are terrible: no internet, no complementary breakfast. Also, the places are not clean and tidy

didn't stay . booked room before getting to Hattiesburg because all the main hotels where booked . got to hotel it is rough looking and looked at a room it was nasty. it is a bad area .didn't stay ; told them to cancel my reservation and left .

The staff was amazing but the room was not great. It smelled with cigarettes and I was afraid to complain because it was the last room on the first floor. The towels was dirty and used in the corner. The sheets was clean but the blanket was not

The room i stayed it was terrible. When I walked in I was hit with a bad spell. The amenities were broken,hole in the walls were covered up by a tv or something, the whole room on the inside needed to be updated. The bath tub had stains of dirt in the tub and I saw a roach. The pictures had to be old or something. I was very displeased.

The price is what keeps me coming back! The rooms could be cleaner. And there was a bullet hole in the door.
