I checked in and went to my room which had an adjoining door to the next room over and it would not lock and or shut on my side and that made me uncomfortable as a woman traveling solo. I went back to the desk and asked for a different room and explained the situation and they gave me another room where the toilet and ac didn’t work. So I left and didn’t even stay the night. There was a sign at the front desk that said “no refunds” so I didn’t bother asking and Expedia was no help trying to get a refund for a property in such bad condition that I didn’t feel comfortable or safe staying there.

This place looked VACANT! The TV and fridge didn't work. We stayed 4 nights and NEVER saw housekeeping. I would have gladly went to another place but they don't offer refunds.

We stod out in the pouring rain at 9:00 pm waiting for someone to check us in but after awhile we just left as no one came. We had to find a room elsewhere.

The room had a bad smell, the bathroom light didn’t work, there was ceiling pieces falling on the ground, and the lamps were placed all over and looked trashy. Definitely would have gotten my money back if I could have.

2 of the lights in the room did not work and 2 of the charging ports on the lamps didn’t work as far as the tv for the price I paid should have had been a smart tv in there.

Didn't stay checked in and checked out within 20 minutes. The rooms were filthy!!! When I arrived I went to room 106 the room had a smell and the sheets were badly stained. I went to request clean sheets the attendant moved me to room 165 when entering the room there was dead bugs on the bed and some live ones on the floor. Paint chips had fallen on the table that was blocking the door.

The price was good. The 1st room they tried ti give us was bad. The TV did not work and the Ceiling was falling down on TV bed and the bathroom light didn't work.

Property was fair for price. The rooms had roaches and the bedding needs extreme updating

Nothing. Everything that was listed online about the hotel was a lie no Wi-Fi no breakfast in the morning.

Nothing Everything. Was super dirty garbage was left from the person before there were stains on the beds and towels.
