Although I paid for breakfast I slept through the designated time. I wasn’t able to access the wifi on my laptop. Not a big deal I honestly didn’t try to get the issue resolved.

Easy location Super unclean. The bathroom was so dirty and so were the rooms

I stayed in two rooms on the way to family vacation. The overall facilities were relatively clean but was really disappointed in the maintenance of the rooms. One room: No hot water at any faucet. AC smelled like it was burning EVERYTIME it ran. Bathtub would not drain (large amount of hair visible in drain), Refrigerator door was broken and did not seal. Inside of refrigerator was molded. Several floor and wall tiles broken. Second room: toilet did not flush. Bathtub was nasty and would not drain. Refrigerator did not work. Holes in walls. Several broken wall and floor tiles. HUGE gap between bathroom vanity and wall with exposed plumbing. VERY THIN WALLS

The breakfast was okay My room had black mole In The bathroom, the elevator was slow, the ice machine was broken on my floor, and roaches. The crazy thing was after I reported the mole and smell the front desk did nothing to accommodate the situation. The air conditioner did not cool the room either.

Waffle maker was nice Mostly everything was out of stock. No Apple juice. No muffins. Barely any coffee. I stayed 2 nights here and from 7:00am nothing was stocked.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and the staff is always great especially the ladies at the front desk!❤️

The check in process was awkward. There was a strong smell of chemicals. Elevator button didn’t work. When we did finally get in the elevator it was so old and clunky. When we got to the room the door handle didn’t work properly. The TV didn’t work either. We turned right back around and checked out!! We felt that we were not safe there. Please just be very aware of your surroundings if you go here.

Very dirty hotel. No shampoo. Beds were dirty

The area where it was located was good . There was a microwave and a refrigerator in the room . My room was nasty . There was stuff on the floor in the room and bathroom. There were plastic tag holders on the floor I guess from previous tenants. There was something crusty on the bed skirt. The room hadn’t been vacuum at all. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed.it was barely hanging on . I couldn’t even get in the room at first. Had to go back to the front desk for her to show me the trick to open the door. I asked for extra towels but didn’t get any. Had to ask to get my room vacuumed. Had to ask how to get TV to work . It had a trick too . She had to come do it herself.
