They was very nice and helpful They need more pillows and cover for the beds but other than that i liked it

It was close to all the food and grocery stores Well I arrive to the hotel go in and get my room key , the room has dirty walls as well as the towels are stained , the bathroom wall looks as those a male has peed and it was never cleaned off . There is a chair that is just disgustingly filthy the tables I had to wipe down as there was something sticky on them, the fridge does not work properly my stuff in the freezer now has gone bad due to it not freezing my food , I had bought a bin to fill with ice until maintenance is available, maintenance come to my door I am sleeping since I work nights , I said just a minute and he then try’s to open my door 2 times , told me that how that fridge works , that not how fridges work , I asked to be moved to a different room and was told they were booked , ok I am here working at the GP Mill I’ll just work with what I have We are here for another week I have to reserved my next week I go down onto the office and the two older ladies were talking I waited for them and the continued to just talk , told her I needed to redo my room she didn’t even look at the computer, ask me my name , or if I already had a room “ we’re booked !” I told her I already reserved it She then goes “I don’t know” how we are booked , I explained again I did it days ago .

The room had been booked based on other reviews that mentioned it was a decent hotel. We had booked the last room and had a hard time finding availability in the area. It must have been a “move-in” weekend for USM! The bathtub was nasty! It was a bit slimy feeling from not being cleaned. The towels were yellowed and appeared they had not been washed. The entire area wreaked of weed also. Definitely would not waste my money on this!

We reserved 2 rooms and we can say the beds were quite comfortable and the rooms adequately clean. But there were many small issues that were irritating. Our rooms were code to an outside door but our keys would not work on that lock. One room had two paper but no ice bucket. The other room had no cups nor ice icke t. When we inquired at the desk they said they had no ice buckets . One room was worse than the other. It had both an arm chair and a bedspread wig holes in them. The refrigerator had an irritating clacking sound that never stopped. The ceiling had exposed wires hanging down where a light must have been at one time, and the lighting in the bathroom was so dim it was hard to see to shave.

Rooms were clean. What staff I saw were friendly. There could have been more parking but given the location there was no room for more.

Everything aside from what I didn't like I didn't like the spots in the sheets and covers, the dim lights, and the dingy towels

Disappointing

The room smelled like marijuana and cigarettes so bad our eyes burned. Breakfast choices were very slim. We skipped out and went somewhere to eat. Will find somewhere else to stay on our way back through.

Zero hot water. Really makes for a miserable shower. The host had notified the owner. No offer of a partial refund or a full refund for the complete lack of a useful facility. The host was super nice, the room was clean (hint of smoke though) no working laundry equipment. The continental breakfast was adequate, could have been much better, the coffee was excellent! Without consideration from management I will not being staying here again and can’t recommend anyone else staying. If a refund had been offered I would have given a much better review but if they don’t care about their business anymore than that then do not deserve a decent review. My review is completely honest.
