The resort was very beautiful and we were buoyed staying there. It was a bit pricey. Internet worked for 2 days and didn’t work for 2 days.

Staff knocked on our door when we had do not disturb on, pool was dirty, beach was not as described, hairdryer was broken, room was dark and stairs precarious. Breakfast was average and provided coffee sachets rather than proper coffee. Location was good and trips were fun.

Very good property Ground floor rooms had privacy issues. Need to keep curtains closed at all times. Needs to have plants in front so as they would form a barrier from the pathway

Very helpful staff. Good breakfast and food. Good bar. A lot of greenery. Good beach area for relaxation and walking. Little bit crowded. Too many villas/rooms, close to pathways. More chairs could be provided near beach and in lawns.

The staff are friendly and smiling, and always willing to help the customers in case of problems. The huge garden is beautiful...the nicest of the island for sure. This is a true infinity pool, the nicest of our stay in India. This is THE disappointment of our stay in Andaman ?. The biggest black point is the location of the hotel which is right next to a kind of power plant that is very very very very noisy day and night!!! For what we pay (especially for the expensive bungalows), we expect something else... We had bed bugs in our bungalows (we had to move to another bungalow...), my wife was bitten by the bed bugs numerous times. The prices in this hotel (very expensive in view of all the problems listed above), the water activities are expensive for what is offered. The rocky beach which is not very clean and has a lot of waste/plastic bottles.

The Andaman Chalet itself but it is only suitable for a max of 2 people. The Beach. It is not the property's fault at all as it is located on a naturally occurring rocky beach and the hotel has done its absolute best to ensure guests are able enjoy the beach despite the location.

One BIG disadvantage is power plant in the neibourhood with noisy disel generator, that completely devastate atmosphere with 24/7 tr-tr-tr sound. I don't think this hotel was initially designed to be located near such a noisy industrial place, but this is main and huge disadvantage and unfortunately there is seems no solution, except live music in the bar to hide this noise.

Rooms were large and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to the ferry terminal. Restaurants very good, had a great choice of food. We were in 211. It was very noisey due to the power unit being next door. Was not very relaxing around the pool with this noise all the time. Needed more pool loungers.
