Too much problem of power cut.

Nothing - Staff was not cooperative - No power - No power backup - In night, there was no staff available when there was no electricity. We were sleeping without fan and AC and there is no emergency light.The entire floor and room was dark. - Very poor management - Room Charges are too high and service are not provided accordingly.We paid for AC room however we were sleeping without fan and AC. - The photos that are shown online are not the real pics.There are cracks in the wall and in one of the room there is leakage too. - I would advise to not to stay in this hotel.There are many resorts and hotel near The Kingdom, do try other hotels/ resorts.

Property is good with a operational small swimming. But far away from the beach and main market of Havlock Island. Food quality was so so. It was a good property with weak maintenance. It is a good property but maintenance is not up to the mark. Far away from main market and sea beach.

location is good. ose to jetty. about a kilometre. looks of the cottage from outside is really good. nicely made cottages with lower room' as living room and upper decy as bedroom with a nice balcony. they provided additional mattress for kid. the over-all look of the cottage from inside is not as appealing. the cottage is made of complete wood. the wood appeared old and not as clean. the cupboard appeared dirty though dist was not there. water was dripping from AC even when not using it. the living room could have been made more cleaner and better.

Very good

The ambience is good, pool is clean and everything is well managed. Staff is well behaved, food is nice. The scuba center is in the property and outdoor pool is perfect for training. The timings are strict, so can be changed. Also, the variety in the menu can be provided but the service is still unmatched and taste is very good.

The staff was great, they booked everything from us right from pickup from harbour to drop at the harbour, everything was taken care of by them. The serve only Indian menu at the moment but our child usually prefers Italian but they say they're going to resume serving the whole menu very soon.

The location is superb and the outdoor pool is huge. There is a nice garden and sit out area near the swimming pool and we enjoyed a lot over there. The service can be improved and it seemed due to the rains, everything was quite slow in the Islands, but still it can be a good experience for relaxed people.

The stay was comfortable but the Deluxe Rooms that we booked are on the opposite side of the beach. The locality is good and main points are accessible but their beach side rooms are on the seaside. The beach in front of the property is a main tourist attraction and people come here for diving and hence can become a bit crowded in the late morning hours.

It is a huge property situated at the main area with everything accessible and properly located near the main market, petrol pump and the wine shop. I liked everything pretty much but the check-in experience can be improved. It is a little time taking for Pay at Property bookings, otherwise it is very good.

Everything was okay. It was a pleasant experience staying here. The overall ambience is good. Staff is well mannered and the location is near the dive spot and beach. Can improve the service part as the beach side facilities are a bit far from the main premises so it appears a bit cutoff but in a way it is good also.

Room was clean and comfortable. Limited food options . And ordered food quantity was very less

The breakfast menu is typically Indian and they have a precise menu that has all Indian lunch and dinner options available. The outdoor pool is a plus point easpecially at this time during summers. 2 wheelers can be hired here and scuba spot is on the opposite beach (walkable). Some basic training can be given and the presentation can be improved. Once these minor changes are made, they can easily ace the game and even be at the top.

It was a pleasant experience staying here. Location is super nice and near the beach as well. They arrange everything for you and they serve Indian cuisine here which is very tasty and budget friendly. The staffing can be improved plus they can add more cuisines to the menu.

We booked the premium suite duplex room. But the room was like a kabadi shop.. it is quite old and broken rooms are all damaged. If any one will see direct .. it will jot sale for 500 rs and its rate in online is 6200. After request they had sifted to other lowest category room in other building We booked the premium suite duplex room. Location No Wi fi on the bungalow.

It was a great experience. The beach is nearby and many restaurants and dining options available nearby. It was a memorable trip. Only the service part can be taken of. Otherwise it was a pleasure staying with them.

Don’t want to write in a negative sense as the 1st working day of the year. The hotel is not clean. No amenities.. the staffs are not pleased. The toilet smells bad, pipes are not good. It is a very old. You don’t get the same experience as you see on the internet. It is 300 times expensive than the actual rate, we learnt this from other hotels in Havelook.
