Ledges Hotel

The amenities were on different properties which made it a little confusing but the view was spectacular.

Parking and property access is a mess. They sent us to Settler's Inn in Hawley for breakfast. Nice place - staying there next time.

We liked traveling to the different sister properties. The breakfast at Settler's Inn was very good. We enjoyed dinner and the spectacular views at Ledges. So serene and peaceful there. The afternoon spent at the pool/bar at Silver Birches was very relaxing. It was a great getaway weekend! I would like to see the shuttle run earlier in the afternoon. Great service though.

Most peaceful vacation we ever had and amazing dinner at the Glass wine Bar. We will definitely be back. The view was so beautiful from our room. I did a lot of meditating and praying. I work in mental health and I need remote breaks like this one. Thank you for great retreat.

To be staying in NE PA, almost in the middle of nowhere, and paying $375 for a queen room on a Sunday night in July is ridiculous & a very bad value. The setting is beautiful but we had a very small room and bathroom. We had to uninstall the toilet paper, since we didn’t want to contort ourselves behind the toilet to use it. There was no room to walk around our room and no place to sit other than the bed. There was a large bug climbing on the wall over our bed and the hairdryer had only a two foot cord! We’ve stayed in a lot of great hotels, but this was a very disappointing experience.

My husband especially enjoyed the main gathering area, where we played games, had cocktails, and enjoyed our morning coffee. It was a welcoming space to unwind. There are a few opportunities for improvement. The carpeting throughout the hotel did not appear as clean as the rest of the property. I also believe hotel guests should be asked at check-in if they would like reservations at the restaurant. Thankfully, Brittany at the front desk went above and beyond to secure us a reservation after we were initially told none were available. Her exceptional customer service made a lasting impression. On our second evening, we spent time playing cards in the main lounge. Although several servers walked by, no one offered food or drinks, and we had to find a server ourselves. This felt like a missed opportunity to provide attentive hospitality while increasing food and beverage sales. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property's history, beautiful setting, and Brittany's outstanding service made it a wonderful experience. With a few improvements, this hotel could be exceptional.

However, the next morning when we came back from breakfast, a new older front desk agent with glasses was there and she had a giant unleashed pitbull with her, and it was blocking the front door when we opened, it the pitbull would not move. The front desk agent was not necessarily concerned about it, and kind of got irritated when I commented that it was ridiculous that an Unleashed pitbull was blocking the front door of a hotel. Her excuse was that her electricity was out and she had to bring her dog to work. I’m sorry, but that’s ridiculous and the dogs should’ve been chained up. Come on. It’s a pitbull. My son opened the front door of the hotel and was greeted by an unwavering giant pitbull.

VERY SATISFIED

The location is magnificent. Trickling waterfalls with a babbling brook below. Nice bar and outdoor space as well. No breakfast onsite and beds were not that comfortable.

The waterfalls was beautiful and it was lovely to sit and just be there in the evenings relaxing and listening to the sounds.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We had a spiral staircase room and the views and comfort level of the room was next level. We will definitely be back. The food was delicious here too and you could see the beauty of the falls from the restaurant and bar. 10/10 book this place for your next getaway!
