Perfect location for many activities and places to visit within walking distance. Staff very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

Bedroom door didn’t close and pillows weren’t really comfortable

We had a beautiful, XL room with a kitchenette & coffee maker. The hotel was directly across the street from Lake Wallenpaupack & had a restaurant, pizzeria, ice cream parlor & coffee shop all in walking distance. We were very happy with everything.

Clean convenient good quality good value!! I would stay there again! Staff was very friendly and helpful!!

Convenience in checking in. Wonderful location and view during summer months. I travel for work a lot and I love that you can sit outside your room and enjoy the scenery to relax in the evening.

Wonderful place, great location

everything was spectacular except for the parking situation... I didn't like that. We didn't have a set parking spot. There was one time when I couldn't find a parking spot throughout the weekend.

The location was excellent for where we needed to go the next day. The communication was excellent. And the room was clean and ready. The beds were not the most comfortable and seemed smaller than queens.

Did sleep over musty smell and could sleep in bed it was so hard . Went to dinner showered Layed down got up and left a 10 pm.didn't even spend a hour obese room the bed was hard and musty smell in room

Interior was obviously redone recently and were a very nice surprise judging from the exterior. Only real complaint was the baseboard heaters and refrigerator were loud when on.

Very spacious, new , modern & clean . They had space for me to park by boat/trailer that I towed to the lake.

Clean, great view Needs more available outlets due to everyone having phones and tablets . Not enough plugs . Some sort of power strip would be great ! Otherwise fantastic

The location is ideal! Beautiful view of the lake and great walking paths. Plaza right next door offers quite a lot and so many restaurants, shops and conveniences close by. The room was spacious and very clean. The owners are very detail oriented in the layout and comfort and charm here. Will definitely return when we come to Hawley again!

Great room & location. Big room - clean and comfortable bed. Close to lake which was very nice. We couldn't adjust thermostat so the room stayed pretty cold throughout our stay.

Size and accessibility of room. The location was great. I was in town for a wedding. the room was fantastic. Wished I coulc have stayed longer and been able to do more in the area. I can't think of anything.

Great location, very clean, comfortable, very large rooms! Easy check in process as well as check out. We had no complaints
