Good location and overall decent breakfast options. While we were checking out, there was an unidentified person at the entrance who appeared to make even the reception staff uncomfortable. The receptionists asked him not to enter the property, but he continued to remain at the entrance and repeatedly attempted to enter the building. It was quite concerning and scary, especially as we were checking out and had to use the same entrance to exit the building. At the time, there was no male staff available to assist, and the female receptionists were left to manage the situation themselves while also appearing frightened. Management should look into situations like this and take appropriate measures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff and to prevent similar incidents from happening in the future.

The best option and amazing hotel. The staff are amazing and I forgot my sunglasses and they sent to my house. I love that hotel and the breakfast it's awesome.

When we checked into out room it smelled like wet dog so we went back down to the desk and asked for a different room. They gave us another room right away but when we got into that room it was very humid and ac wasn't working. I'm sure they would have offered us another room but we didn't have time to move into another room because we were there for a concert.
