The carpet was so dirty

The staff was always polite, and the room and property is always clean. I never saw it dirty. Only neg is the elevator not working for a while according to reviews, makes it inconvenient for patrons to navigate the property with ease, the younger generation seemed to not mind, unlike us seniors.

I stayed at his hotel for about a week and it was a very nice room, clean

The elevators were out of order and they had they’re staff carry all our bags, apparently been out of service for 3 months.

Bed was very good. Floor carpet was very bad / ugly. Elevator was not working unfortunately Mode of payment only card.. No Cash acceptable.. Check out time was 11:00 am & hardly provide extra time upto 12:00 after so many requests.

It’s location, They take advantage of and charge for parking knowing that there is no other place to park close by. They should have free parking for the customers staying .

Breakfast was not bad. Everything's pretty clean. Not worth staying for a long period of time.

Clean and private. Breakfast was good and rooms were nice size. We would stay there again. Very well maintained and clean.

Excellent and friendly staff. Great location near LAX Airport. I also appreciated having coffee available throughout the day. The breakfast could be improved by offering a wider variety of options. It would also be helpful to have more halal food choices for Muslim guests and to include potatoes as a breakfast option.

Property is always clean. Breakfast to kickstart your day is delicious. The elevator is still inoperable, but taking the stairs is great exercise

Spacious room, quiet and safe outside, and a clean and comfortable bed. Nothing fancy, but what more do you need here? The pool is quite nice and there's a comfy lobby. The staff are friendly.

The carpet needs to be updated walking through the hall and in the rooms..
