Amazing location, my room was actually right by the estuary with the water lapping at the veranda at high tide, fyi some rooms don't actually face the estuary. Nice to be woken by the honking of Canada geese (it was quiet honking as the double glazing does work). My only criticism is that the vegetarian/vegan choices on the menu were limited to 3 and none very exciting. I stayed 3 nights but after 2 nights eating in I went out for the 3rd.

Perfect location The room was very cold. The heating should have been turned on well in advance of our arrival.

Location and view was good. No hot water on 2nd day and had to have a cold shower, insufficient heat from the electric towel radiator in bathroom leaving the bathroom floor wet from condensation during the nights. No breakfast included in the price which is disappointing because the restaurant food is good. There is an option of using a cafe a few yards down the road and show your room key to obtain a ten percent discount on your breakfast, but feel an on-site breakfast should be included in the price.

Little challet in the grounds of the main hotel, facing the estuary. Great for bird watching at tide change. Good car park. Resteraunt for evening meal if required. Breakfast offer with nearby cafe. Ideal road links for exploring. Outside chalet is seasonal and can feel a bit like camping out in wet winter. But it had heating. So it was warm inside.

Everything was as expected, I have stayed before, therefore was happy to book again. The room was comfortable and clean, with a decent size bed. Nothing

We stayed in a lovely studio overlooking the water. It was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed including fresh milk, filtered water, good wifi and an outside seating area. The pub was great for dinner and we loved our breakfast at ‘Birdies Bistro’ next door.

Our lodge was ideally situated with balcony and superb views over the RSPB reserve between Hayle and Lelant. Very comfortable accommodation with tea and coffee making facilities. Excellent restaurant for lunch and evening meals.

Lovely location, spotless room with a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Wifi signal was poor.
