Very Spacious room and private bathroom and Parking :) easy to get in and Out... close to St Ives!

Nothing Dirty rooms, filthy towels and mugs in the room. Very noisy from when people left the bar.

The DJ in the pub was very loud in the early evening (Saturday); the floor the room was on was very hot and the room was on teh main road so noisy.

Live music at the bar downstairs was okay, but the noise of the people leaving the bar made my sleep interrupted many times at both nights. Definitely will not stay again.

Fantastic location, very clean & friendly, staff very helpful especially the two girl bar staff. Couldn’t find any faults really just a small problem with Sunday Carvery as young man behind bar seemed pretty clueless

Convenient location near Sf Ives and Hayle, comfortable spacious room, free parking and the Open Mic night was good! Room overlooked the outside seating area - loud talking until 12.30am on the first night.

Comfortable bed. Late live music from the pub below. Drain smell in the ensuite. Curtains let in lots of light.

Easy to find with parking. The staff were great and really friendly. Great food it came out hot and fresh and it was big portion. Very comfortable room with good WiFi. Definitely would stay again N/A
