They need to turn the mattresses around ! There’s a big layer spot on the inside of each mattress they just need to be turned around.

The Maid cleaned my room out before I can get it re booked. Within 30 minutes of getting my room re booked, she stole all my food, shampoo, and phone charger. The manager reported she was the only person to clean my room. He put back 3 food items. But she refused to give all my stolen supplies back. He in turn reimbursed me 15 dollars for over 50 dollars of missing items. The maid had my shampoo on her cart and gave that back. Be careful of these thieves!

Worst hotel ever

The property was extremely dirty during my stay. There were cats roaming around the property, food left outside for them, and people hanging around at all hours. I personally witnessed people sitting outside stripping copper from wire in plain view. At around 3:00 in the morning, I was awakened by people directly outside my room talking loudly, playing videos on their phones, and behaving like it was the middle of the afternoon. Another constant problem was my room key. It repeatedly stopped working after I left the room, forcing me to return to the office to have it reactivated. The conditions were so dirty that I chose to do my push-ups outside in the parking lot rather than inside the common areas. I did not personally witness anyone buying or selling drugs, so I will not claim that I did. What I can say is that, based on the activity I personally observed and the overall environment, I did not feel comfortable staying there. I had additional nights reserved and chose to leave early and stay somewhere else, even knowing it would cost me money to cancel. That should tell you everything. This is based entirely on what I personally experienced and witnessed during my stay. I will not stay here again.

I felt unsafe during the stay because there people banging the door next door. I didn’t rven stay on my last nite.

We didn't like anything It was the worst experience EVER. Is not a safe place to stay, we didn't like the fact that next door to our room there was prostitution going on, next door there was slamming the door in the middle of night, and selling drugs and crystal meth and other horrible stuff

Zero maintenance. Cigarette smell in a non-smoking room. Terrible

If your here for work it's fine

the appearance was sketchy, very dirty and questionable people posted outside the back building where our room was. The cars parked back there looked like they had parked there for quite some time. We paid about 2K to stay there for 2 wks. Room was dirty.

Nice hotel for what it is. Rooms are clean but the property is located in a not so good area. It’s close to the freeway so it’s super accessible
