The room was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and having a kitchenette was so convenient. The breakfast was excellent. The luggage carts made checking in and out so nice and easy. An extra blanket that was a little thicker would have been nice.

We reserved 2 rooms for 3 days/2 nights for our visit in Hayward. One room had a lovely scent in the room and was very clean. The other room smelled horrible. The shower hair had hair on the walls. I told the front desk. She said she would have someone come spray the room and check out the shower. No ever came to our room.
