20 minute walk to centre which was nice Not a comfortable stay. Fan in room barely worked. Very hot and stuffy room, did not have a great sleep, no fridge to keep drinks cool.

Great location in a historic building in a nice neighbourhood Air conditioning would have helped with the excessive heat

The support we received from the staff was incredible. Our rental car got a flat tire and the owner helped us so much with translation and letting us stay a little longer to try and get it sorted out. A great family business where they don't treat you like a number. The restaurant is also excellent and the location was perfect: a quiet corner, but still an easy stroll to all the sites.

The staff Is lovely and very helpful. The room was spacious with dark courtains (we really appreciated them because we don't like to awake with lot of light). Temperature in the room was good even though there were 3 days of 30 degrees in Heidelberg. There Is a fan. We had a stroller for the baby but we could leave It in the entrance hall. The staff kept our baby food in the fridge fo us You can ask for the water kettle at the reception. Breakfast was very good. There Is bread, salmon,hams &cheeses, cocumber, tomatoes. Yogurt, fruit & musly. Nutella, juice. They can prepare tee or coffee . The sofa bed was harder than the bed which i likes Nothing

Good hotel in a strategic location, not far from the old city but away from noisy areas., Friendly staff and comfortable beds. At the time of my stay they used hotel corridors to expose works of different artists. I enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful stay at the Krokodil Hotel. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city’s main attractions. Breakfast was a highlight—fresh, varied, and delicious. A great choice!

A small, stylish hotel in a superb location -- central but quiet. The rooms were large, and the breakfast was good. Nice local restaurant on the ground floor with good German food. Perhaps some more variation in breakfast would be nice, now the whole week has exactly the same food. I personally did not enjoy plastic flowers, but it seems to be a local style everywhere in the region.

Very friendly reception, excellent parking facilities, nice location in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the Altstadt.
