We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. The bed linens were spotless. Great location, within walking distance of the old town and also conveniently located to the train station. There's an excellent supermarket in the same building. We'd be happy to stay here again. Thank you for your professionalism.

Good size and clean room. Nothing really.

The hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the city centre, but it is located next to a very busy road, which makes the area quite noisy. The room was small, and the bathroom was also quite cramped. Both the room and the bathroom would benefit from renovation, and the overall level of cleanliness was below expectations. More attention to detail and general maintenance would significantly improve the stay. Breakfast was acceptable, but quite basic and nothing particularly memorable. Overall, the hotel feels more geared towards business travellers and short work-related stays than towards families or guests looking for a more comfortable and relaxing holiday experience. There is underground parking directly beneath the building, which is easy to access and very convenient. However, the price is quite high at €20 per day.

I left some clothes in the ward robe by accident, and although it was difficult to reach the hotel at first (a robot on the phone) I did manage to get hold of someone and they had saved the items for me. The location is perfect, great public transport in front of the hotel. Also close to the central station. We loved Heidelberg, beautiful city.

Location was good (although being bit away from the Altstadt). Room was comfortable and clean. Price paid was very fair.

Car park was very central and had all you need close by. Car park secure under the hotel. Plenty of spaces. Step free access to the hotel from the car park via a lift. Hotel had a nice bar and rooms were comfortable as you would expect from a Premier Inn. Supermarket right next door which has a bakery and coffee shop inside so perfect if you don’t want to spend the money in the breakfast in the hotel. Room was on the small side for a triple not a lot of space, couldn’t get the chair out from the desk as was hitting the single bed. Door to the bathroom was frosted glass, which is ok if you are a couple but we had our 14 year old with us. Also not ideal if travelling with friends.

Location, friendly staff and cleanliness. Expensive parking.

Walking distance to the old town and to the station and buses. Friendly helpful staff. Good value. Clean and comfortable. Had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
