Common areas. Spa and gym This was my second stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing this time. I was given a room on the 4th floor that did not have the second door separating the room from the corridor, which made it less quiet and comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection was also very poor and unreliable. We chose the option of not having the room cleaned in exchange for a voucher. I was very disappointed to find that the voucher could only be exchanged for a small beer and a tiny ice cream for the kids, which felt like very poor value. Another thing that shocked me was the way the king-size bed was made. It consisted of two separate sheets, each one only covering half of the bed, with the two sheets overlapping in the middle. For an NH hotel, I would expect a proper king-size sheet that covers the entire mattress. This felt surprisingly basic and uncomfortable for a hotel of this standard.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. We were travelling with our pets (2 cats), and the management outdid themselves by providing cushion, bowls, litter box, toy, and some cat goodies. This place is definitely pet friendly! Moreover, as we have an electric car, it was really convenient to charge it in the hotel's underground garage during our stay. There are 8 charging stations, so there is no problem of finding a place. The payment interface had some problems, probably due to a weak internet connection, but eventually it worked.

What a lovely hotel this is. I personally loved the reception area. How very original. Our room was not only clean but also spacious for a family of 4. My children could not be happier with a voucher for a free ice lolly from the hotel bar. The location is great...only short walk to the old town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Nothing. Everything was great.

We had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was really good and it is located not far from the old town. We will definitely come back again. They could improve the lighting in the room.
