There is no AC, which can be brutal during the summer. The staff did provide a fan, which helped with the heat. The most problematic part was that I couldn't leave my bags there to go explore Heidelberg...they close at 13h on Sunday! Understandable for a BnB but for a hotel it was quite frustrating to have to come back early to pick up my luggage.

Low cost. And offered late check-in with key in lock box. Bed cover was a bit too short for my tall size (6'4, 193cm). Shower nozzle is a bit clogged, could let more water thru.

I appreciate that 30-min early check-in was allowed. Good free WiFi. I heard the sound of water dripping through the wall overnight. The noise seemed louder at night. However, I was unable to contact the manager about the issue because the reception closed at 9 pm. I also noticed that the shampoo and body wash containers were empty.

The hotel is a good stay for the price. It's not central to the Old Quarter but it's a little 20 minute walk away. It's a good stay for this price and for a night or two.

Was cheapest amongst options. Was near to train station. Location is far from old town and Schloss.

The room was very clean and agreable , and the location was near the train station so it was perfect for me but a bit far from the center (I needed to take public transport). It was quite easy to find . There were shutters so the sun didn't get through I had to wait 15 min outside as nobody were here and I didn't have any instructions. They gave me my key in express and didn't tell me about the check out . It was quite far from the center of the city . And the air conditioner noise is very loud even if it goes after 15/20min. It also has some little insect in the curtain.

The location în the town Missing personell to solve any client's problem. No breakfast available despite the fact that it was already paid, poor conditions offered by the room, it's not worthed the monedele paid. The correct price rate should be no more than EUR 20,

The beds were very comfortable. The morning we were leaving, we had to be up early to catch the bus. We had NO hot water and very poor water pressure. We had no communication about this whatsoever, and when we left our keys at checking, we couldn't even complain as there was no one there. This was a let down.
