Location, really close to the station

I need to enter in the Fidelity program to have access to the WiFii. I needed to ask for the cleaning of the room, but the information was not clearly available.

Location It was good

Location very central -At arrival our room was very cold cause the window was open with temperatures at around -1 Grad Celsius. It took forever to warm up the room -Breakfast buffet didn’t have much variation, too simple for the money that was charged

I would like a bit improve the breakfast serving. In general, everything was good, but sometimes in example milk was finished, and there was no replacement for it, and no stuff to ask to do it.

Breakfast was good, close to train station and Christmas market. Bedroom floor was not clean, lots of dust.

The only good thing about this place is the location. 2 mins walk from train station. The so called self fast check -in doesn’t work at all. Only one person at front desk and didn’t provide the assistant we needed at all. The bath room drainage not working at all, water spread to the whole bathroom. We had to change a room in the end. Rooms were very noisy.

The room was comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city for a day. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options.

It would have been great to have a tea service or kettle in the room

Excellent location, walking distance to major attractions. Very good breakfast. The slideing door of the bathroom was nor working properly, and the cleaness was not well done.

The room was a good size. There was a kettle for tea and coffee. The location is convenient directly next to the main train station as well as bus connections and local s-bahn stop. The shower had a horrible smell. It was very heavy mildew and smelled very bad. There was obvious mildew/mold around the corners of the shower floor. I have stayed in this hotel before, and the previous room and shower was much better.

Great location. Nice breakfast. Modern building, lobby, and room. Comfortable beds and working air conditioning Bathroom sliding door was hard to slide. No WiFi included by default. Parking access gate was broken

The hotel is very modern. It was nice to have a kettle for tea and a fridge in the room. Parking was convenient and secure. The location was right next to the main train station. It was easy to catch the bus or s-bahn to other parts of the city. The breakfast is too expensive.

The staff offered to change our room as soon as we reported the problem. The hotel looks really nice and modern. The AC in our first room didn't work.

The hotel is well maintained, clean, centrally located, has parking and allows pets. The room had a small fridge, the lobby and restaurant are spacious and modern. Breakfast was good and offered a variety of options. We stayed at a room facing the train station. Even with closed windows you were able to hear the station announcements.

Very Nice hotel and clean rooms and very good welcoming receptionist Vienna , super friendly and kind , highly recommend ????
