We ordered three person sroom and we only got a two persons room

location is quite easy to reach -

It was extremely close to the main bus and railway station. Quite convenient, both for travelling within the city and outside it. Almost everything was perfect. Best place for a short trip to Heidelberg.

Bring earplugs, there is a restaurant nearby and the customers can be loud. Not every bed in my room had a table for phones, etc. A small table would be helpful.

Check in was super easy and staff was friendly. The place was squeaky clean too with nice common areas and great location to top it off!

I loved how many places are within reasonable walking distance A guest overreacted to me accidetanly touching his things a bit. But nothing really bad.

Located super close to the train station with lots of cool hiking and camping shops in the passage on the way through. The property is huge, located on the upper floor of a big brick building, there is an old elevator but it's very well hidden. The women's dorms had no bunks, we all had single beds in partitioned off areas, the lockers were too thin for my bag but there was plenty of space next to my bed to keep it there. The bathrooms were all clean, the shower rooms were well designed and had enclosed showers that kept the rest of the stall / your clothes dry. The kitchen was a large communal space equipped with free teas, cocoa and coffee. Fridges, kettles, microwaves and hot plates for cooking. Although a school group was dominating the space for much of my stay the hostel still kept a friendly atmosphere. The place was very old fashioned but that made it feel homey despite being in such a large, formerly industrial space.

Good location close to Heidelberg station. Not bunk bed, very good. Nice and big kitchen and have free coffee and tea. Staff is nice to recommend Heidelberg attractions to go. There is dust so I have to clean up. Elevator is very old which is my first time to use that. There is a group of students stay in here and they made noisy from upper floor which is not hostel’s fault.

Everything. The best hostel you could stay at. There is no argument about that. The staff were amazing. Always helpful. I will definitely be back. Amazing town and amazing place to stay. Very Clean throughout, very comfortable bed, a spacious kitchen, with everything you would need to cook, clean bathrooms and toilets, easy to access from the train station with a 5 mins walk. Very spacious single and double room with big windows. Anny at the reception was really professional and helpful to explain everything and helped with directions. Thank you so much. For me, there was nothing that I didn’t like.

Location is great. Too close to city center. Kitchen is really big, you can sit, eat, drink, chat with others and fully equipped such as coffee, tea, coffee machine, plates, glasses, kitchen equipment etc. Bathrooms are clean. if I go to Heidelberg one more time definitely I will stay here. Some of the rooms have direct sunlight which is actually good but it could be a problem for hot days. Room was hot in the afternoon. There was no ac.

Good value for money and great location by the train station. The staff was very kind and helpful too. I’ve been to cleaner hostels.
