Nice playing area next to the entrance. The AC worked great, which was definitely necessary. Kitchen basics were availiable. No parking space availiable, the cheap DB Bahnpark 10 minutes walking distance away. IBIS style cheap interieur design, a smelling carpet in the hallway, shower was a bit mouldy and the drain was almost blocked. A shady, unsafe neighborhood next to the trainstation.

Easy for train station, clean and great for a stop over visit. Looks like other facilities are available at hotel that we didn’t use, overall nice feel to the place. Location shown in booking.com directions isn’t correct so you end up walking around looking for the hotel on arrival.

Everything is as described. Comfortable and practical location. The AC was not working but the staff was very kind and changed our room with a.n upgrade. Some little details could be better, some lights were not working properly, shower was either too hot or cold.

The hotel The staff was not professional. For no clear reason, at least from my perspective, they refused to return the deposit I had paid for parking. What annoyed me even more was the complete lack of respect for guests’ privacy during the discussion about the deposit. There seemed to be no awareness that these conversations should be handled privately. Several people who were not hotel staff or reception employees — but were acquaintances of the reception employee — were standing around the desk, watching TikTok and even recording videos, while I was discussing a personal and financial matter with the reception. This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. It was also one of the reasons why, at that point, I no longer cared about the deposit and simply wanted to leave the hotel. The way the situation was handled made me feel that my privacy and concerns were not respected.
