Location is just perfect. The room was clean and quiet, the beds were good. Extra plus was the parking slot for the car.Breakfast was also great.

We were there during a heat wave and they had AC. It really saved us. Our hand soap was empty when we checked in and didn’t get refilled for two days. The breakfast was good but lacking the homemade items that we had in other places we’ve stayed in Europe.

Did not like the window in front of the shower with my family present but used a towel to cover it.

The view was great. We appreciated the comfortable bed. The room was small for three people.

Great location and very helpful staff. I had booked a suite and another room, and they kindly provided us with connecting rooms. They also upgraded us to a larger room for a small additional fee. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The house keeping , you need to inform from the previous night to clean the rooms, and are not available all the day

Location Horribly uncomfortable room....no place to put a suitcase, no towel rack ANYWHERE in the bathroom,cramped room.

The location was great. The room services. Even though there was a button for room services they told me that I had to ask for it one day before.

Nice rooms, great view and really pleasant customer service from the hotel staff. Although we did not utilize the hotel facilities due to short stay, the room itself was comfortable and exceeded our expectations.

Don’t bother booking a suite. Disco on top went until 02.00 am. No sleep.

The location is in a prime spot in the city, the beds were comfortable with great pillows, the view is stunning, rooms are very updated with heated floors in the bathroom and light sensors for if you get up to use the bathroom during the night. The facility is breathtaking. We had a slight issue with our room and the receptionist was very quick to resolve the issue. The pictures are what you get, and you also have multiple amenities that are quite amazing.

The sofa for the third person was not so clean and at the time of our arrival the parking of the hotel was full,so we had to use another parking nearby.

Good location if you are interested in being near central Heidelberg and shopping area. Breakfast was good. Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming! Couch bed was very uncomfortable for my 3rd guest.
