Amazing stay and Heinz who greeted me at the desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast lady was so nice too. I loved the location and how close it was to everything and a super clean hotel. I will definitely be back :) Everything was wonderful

We didnt feel in safe at the hotel. We were four people but they prepared 3 bed linen. We couldn't receive service because there were no staff members at the hotel in the evening.

Great value and quality, extremely satisfied for the venues location as well. Friendly staff. Beautiful lobby. I thought quietness would be an issue but I slept a dream I got electrically shocked from the socket as there was a nail sticky out of it.

Fantastic hotel run by a wonderful family. Our room was VERY spacious with a balcony and another window. The water pressure was excellent. The bed was good as well. It was also pet-friendly at a very affordable cost (10 euro/night for our dog). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and felt welcomed from the start. The small parking lot next to the hotel was perfect for our car as well. It was nice and quiet while still very accessible to the Old Town. Not a bad thing - just for awareness, It's at the edge of Heidelberg old town, but the walk is very pleasant down the main pedestrian avenue. We would definitely stay here again!
