Nice location, especially when travelling with car (next to parking P12). Good and varied breakfast. Fine hotel for a short stay when travelling to a further destination. Very friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom was really small, with a toilet, sink and douche. No airco... which could have been very helpful in this warm summer temperatures (but a very silent ventilator was present in the room). Also no elevator.

The hotel has an amazing location in the old town. The room was very spacious and well equipped. The staff was really nice, it’s a family owned hotel. I loved the breakfast in the morning, so many delicious things and freshly baked bread rolls and croissants. We would definitely come back. Nothing I don’t like, everything was exceptional. For people used to aircon, be prepared that the rooms don’t have aircon (aircon is not common in Germany), but a fan is provided.

The room was cute and decorated like the theme of the room. The shower had amazing water pressure. Nobody at front desk in morning to check out. Check in process long for the city card which I didn’t use.

This hotel has a great location. We stayed in Heidelberg for two nights and never once needed to use our rental car. Parking was conveniently located steps from the Hotel. The Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was excellent with choices for everyone. N/A

Location!! I was there with my spouse and our two little kids and location was perfect for the Christmas markets. It is literally on the main thoroughfare that connect all the main Christmas markets in this part of the City. Only two good pillows in my room. The other two bad pillows were pretty much folded up sweatshirts in a pillowcase. They did have on-site breakfast that we passed on, solely due to the high cost (15 Euro per adults and 10 per kid).

Convenient location, great value, breakfast Buffet was outstanding. Extremely comfortable. Stairs to the top floor with heavy luggage. The staff DID help transport luggage, and that was very appreciated!
