Accessibility to Heidelberg and parking

Room a bit dated at some stuff, no problems though.

Centrally located with incredible view on the schloss! Nothing.

The view was outstanding! Hard to get too!

The location is fantastic. The steps to the castle are right outside the door and the Hauptsrasse is right around the corner. The view from the back of the Castle are hard to beat. We had to leave early to get to the airport after our stayed and told the staff we would be leaving before dinner was served. They offered to have breakfast early so our party of 6 could eat before we leave. I was very impressed with their kindness and hospitality. No concerns at all. We had a great stay.

Excellent location just off the Hauptstrasse with a beautiful view of the castle from the terrace. Easy to walk to anywhere in the old city. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was great, with a wide time frame. The rooms were very clean with beautiful views of the city. We were there during a heat wave and the rooms were very hot. That was the only negative part of our experience.

Too bad no AC. At least we had a fan.

Location was perfect! Sits on top of parking garage and the train up to the schloss! It was stuffy and hot, no AC.

This was a superb hotel. Google told us there was a steep 250m walk up to hotel ... it certainly wasn't. We walked from the train station then had a short incline that took you straight to the carpark then a lift to reception. Staff couldn't be faulted. Facilities were great. Breakfast lovely. Views of castle amazing and patio for eating drinking or just sitting soaking up the views was fantastic. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Location. We arrived by car and as we knew, the hotel is located above the city operated parking garage, We parked in the garage and took the lift to the hotel. Great convenience. The day we checked out we could leave our luggage at the hotel before leaving town. Nothing to think of.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was pretty standard sized for Germany. We Loved the terrace and the fan! Breakfast was a continental style that was very good. Internet service in the room (#4) did not exist. We could log on outside the room but were logged off when we went inside the room.

The view from our Room was breathtaking The lady at the reception was very friendly and gave us a lot of inc where to go and how to reach the Hots spots of the city. The next day the staff was really kind and professional. The room was clean and spacious and breakfast was very good. I liked everything

The location was perfect for exploring the city. Also loved that there was on-site parking. The staff were incredibly kind and we were able to check in earlier than expected. Breakfast was very good as well!
