Large room and bathroom that was a real pleasure. Great breakfast and room service was a plus. It was a joy to stay here!

Nice hotel in a neat area, just be aware that food options within walking distance are limited after 9pm.

The tub shower was very slippery.

Room was clean and spacious. We’ll stay there again the next time we’re in Helena.

Both breakfast & location were perfect for my family. We occupied 4 rooms! Everything was perfect…. nothing to complain about here!

Bonus: glass & ceramic drink ware in rooms, fitness room, pool & whirlpool open 24/7, friendly personable front desk staff, good maintenance guy (Mike) saved the day. Good complementary breakfast offered and the food & drink in restaurant/bar was delish. We had two rooms that were side-by-side, and the bathroom receptacles did not work in either room. Mike was the second maintenance person they sent and he took care of it while we were out on a tour. Yay Mike! The sitting area for the complementary breakfast was small. Too small for the number of people it serviced. The staff had trouble maneuvering to replenish the food. We sat in the lobby and waited for an empty table both mornings we were there. One of the rooms we had was very clean and the other was dusty. We also saw lots of dust on surfaces in the lobby. After we quietly said something to the front desk person, you could tell someone had dusted flat surfaces but they still failed to wipe off lamps and art pieces that were sitting on the tables.

Hotel, staff & breakfast are wonderful. Great location, but parking is very limited.

The room was not worth the prices. Parking was across the street. The front desk staff was on the phone for over 5 minutes without even acknowledging I was waiting.

The location Uncomfortable room, no comfortable chairs in the room and a very small sink in the bathroom definitely not enough room for two people. We felt very cramped. And in Montana, you would think that you would have great views, but our view was of the back alley dumpster. AC was not working when we arrived and spotty throughout our 11 nights that we had booked when we complained. They sent a maintenance lady to look at it who opened the door and said oh it’s freezing in here and I said I don’t call 75° freezing, nor does the sweat running down from my forehead, she offered to bring us a fan and told us we could open the windows. I looked at my wife and we were both like we’re on the first floor facing a dumpster and we’re gonna open the windows? When the lady brought us the fan it was so caked with crud that it was totally disgusting and I told her there’s no way I’m turning this thing on to blow on me. So as far as value no it was definitely not there. I felt like we should’ve been refunded at least one or two nights.

Quality yogurt, OJ, fresh fruit & full breakfast. Quality bath products, clean & comfortable room & helpfulcaringstaff. Great walkable location with restaurants, & shopping.

Had no issues with any staff interactions but it wasn't a very clean place. The room we got was poorly cleaned, the hotel has a musty smell and the pool had dirt and hair settled at the bottom. Very surprised by all the reviews saying this place is very clean.
