Now for the real issues. Hot tub was not working which is one of the amenities we really wanted to use. The toilet paper was like sandpaper. Expensive hotels should have nice toilet paper. The lounge was very, very nice and the bartender was wonderful. The food was delicious, best part of the stay. I would not recommend paying the money for this “high end” motel, only to get low end service.

My family has stayed in this hotel every time we come to Helena. The staff are amazing. The location is great for food and shopping. The rooms are fairly large. And the amenities (pool, fitness room, laundry facilities) are better than most every other hotel I’ve stayed in across the nation.

The room had open saftey pin and plastic on the floor, the bed frame had toe nail clipping on it, I pulled back the sheet and found a glob of hair!! I took pictures of everything. One pillow case was questionable. In all my years, I've never more disappointed!!!The manager was complacent!!!

Front desk staff were very unfriendly. Conference amenities were nice, catering was very mediocre; the hotel layout, location, and amenities are less than impressive. Bar was nice, during the very limited open hours.
