1st room no working tv No working phone bathroom door lock didnt work and water would backup in shower

We had a great stay while traveling with kids. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious enough for our family. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast made our morning much easier before heading out. We would definitely stay here again.

The key card never worked multiple people had the same issue. Bathtub looked nasty, stains everywhere. The front desk was super helpful super sweet not their fault the place is run down

Rooms and property were well maintained. We dis have ants in our room but could not find out where they came from

The room was very comfortable but there was a bit of a hiccup with the door handle being a bit loose. I had to push it up instead of down. Also the phone in my room never worked.

My one night stay @ Best Western was good. The staff was amazing, immediately checking me in upon arrival. Parking was available. I didn't have a chance to eat breakfast because I slept in.
