The amount and the pressure of the hot water. Location, almost directly across street from the Hemet Miller Jones Mortuary. Great ac, especially if you need white noise to sleep. Having to conduct business thru a slot. Can lights in the ceiling above the nightstands with no obvious way to turn them on. Lack of wall outlets. Two towels, no washclothes or hand towels. An inoperable tv, a refrigerator that the top hadn't been dusted in a few months, about a 1" gap under the door and the inability to turn the deadbolt. And the most glaring absence was of a trash can. None inside, or near the door to room 28 Quite honestly, if I had to stay in Hemet for more than one night, I would have found other lodgings. Add to that the price paid ($87 + refundable key deposit of $20 - cash only) Not a good value in my opinion.

Someone tried to run up in my room and steal but then they seen my dog and ran out. Someone should sweep the parking lot. And all the junk next door no wonder why the roaches...come on you just redid these rooms and what's with the refrigerator with all the stickers...it just looks bad and mildew all in the shower...makes nosense to redo only part of the place. And sheets were either dirty or stained badly...I brought my own sheets and laid them on top..maid works very hard but she's probably under paid...cleaning rooms is hard on the back!

Made A Reservation And They Gave The Room To Some one Else

This place is a dump. I had reservations and they told me they didn't take reservations..and it was cash only which they don't pay taxes on that. The IRS will be coming..can you say AUDIT? Nothing, they are rude people.
