I liked how the beds were very comfortable. I did not like that the reception was left alone for more than 20 minutes.

Staff was helping while checking in. There is a new parking fee. Breakfast was ok! The swimming pool was located next door at a different hotel. Not a long walk but the pool wasn’t that big to house 2 different hotel guests.

Nothing. I hated the place. No luggage carts, they charge for parking and have a massive empty parking lot. It’s not great for senior or disabled people. They claim they have luggage carts, but they don’t. I waited downstairs for over two hours, then I searched every floor for one. I had a lot of stuff and can’t lift things. They didn’t care, watched me struggle. I would never stay there again.

This place only had one, not air conditioned elevator. the hall where breakfast is served was very hot, using fans because it wasn't air conditioned. They establish a way to contact them via text messaging but no one responded to me when we asked for assistance.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel was conveniently located near many restaurants and shops . Only complaint is the noise from other guests above us .
