First two days my room had no water. On the 3rd day, I finally got hot water. Bathroom had a ton of mold. Lone accessible electrical outlet was sticking out of the wall and would arc if you happened to touch/kick it. I have photos.

Very good location right in the centre of Heredia, not so far from the airport SJO. Very kind reception servis. An older Hotel without any comfort

Staff , friendly,location good, breakfast homemade and good. Was refferred and will refer others for a nice stay. At night lights out in common areas ,pretty dark. A liitle sbafu on payment property. Staff addressed abd completely resolved.

It was an interesting building, the staff were very nice and the breakfast was great! The shower was terrible and the music was loud but didn’t keep me from sleeping well.

Great location I have always wanted to stay here, and the attention offered by Mickel. the morning shift guy. I did not get what I paid for. I was allocated in a room that did not look like the one I bought online; and there was clearly a distinction just by being national. Breakfast was included on the rate. It was not provided it the first day. The front desk did apologize, but there was no back up plan for the inconvenience; like a second option; a sandwich o at least a discount for the service not received. Second day; it was good. Customer Service at night is not good.
