Courtyard by Marriott Dulles Airport Herndon

I asked for a handicap room for my disabled son and they did not honor me. I had to book elsewhere and they denied my request for refund

Wonderful hotel, very close to the Metro station and airport. Great Afghani restaurant at a walking distance. I only wish the wait at the airport for the shuttle was shorter. I would recommend this hotel to everybody who wants to be close to the airport and well connected with the city.

Overall, a delightful experience for the week i stayed on the property for a work project nearby. Would highly recommend, especially being so close to the airport.

We stayed here the night before taking an early morning flight out of Dulles. We took the shuttle in the morning to the airport, which is very convenient. However, it was not convenient on the back end. The shuttle did not come for a long time and we ended up having to take an Uber to get back to the hotel.

Yes. The staff I encountered at the front desk did not have a welcoming attitude.

The room showed its age and lack of up-keep. One of the double bathroom doors looked a little rough from water damage. All the USB charging outlets near the bed (x4) were inoperable. Thankfully there was one that worked near the coffee maker. When doors closed in the hallway, it was pretty loud in the room. Very limited choice for dining within walking distance.

Have stayed here many times while traveling to Europe. Facility is clean and well managed. We specialties the bartender. She was pleasant and had a great of cocktails. The parking during your traveling is a great amenity.

My room smelled like sewage. The washer housekeeping uses shakes the floor. Another important issues the hotel manager needs to address is the staff at the front desk in the evenings. Every time I stay there they are unwelcoming and always on their phone

Friendly staff at check in, fast pickup by shuttle from the airport. Room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast at the restaurant in the morning; service was prompt and coffee was good. We will stay again!

The hotel is very well maintained and comfortable. It is also near the metro station and conveniently located. I will definitely come back!
