Staff was friendly. Breakfast a little bland. But over all, nice stay!

Great breakfast. Staff present late at night to help check at 1 am.

Management could keep at least a bottle ( 2 bottles for double occupancy) for guest at check in. Basic stationery ( writing pad and pen) could also be left for guests.

You should pay for parking

It’s a decent hotel. Don’t expect much. They have complimentary breakfast but it was not that great.

Perfect spot close enough to the airport. Make sure to grab a tag if you are parking your car in the parking lot. Staff were very helpful in letting me know this was required. I had a rental and the drop off times are open 24/7 as well as providing a shuttle to the airport. Breakfast is included but doesn’t open until 5am so if you need to be at the airport earlier they don’t have facilities to let you grab something to go.

Third time I've stayed at this particular Hyatt Place. It's starting to show signs of its age. One elevator was down while there, but was quickly 'repaired' and continued to show some anamalous behavior (e.g., doors opening/closing unprompted) that I hope gets resolved before someone gets hurt or stuck inside. Mind you, we were there for the official start of the world cup activities and that mess of an America 250 celebration taking place in DC. I'm still not a fan of the upcharges for parking at this location. Just build the charges for parking into the nightly rate and stop trying to nickel and dime folks to death already...

One of the most comfortable rooms I have spent in. Breakfast was super and the bus to the airport was a big help. We almost spent an extra night5, but decided to head for home (NY). All was well. Would have preferred to add the parking price into the advertised hotel price instead of getting the surprise at check-in. All in all would stay again.
