Rude stuff, kept interrupting me Manager’s attitude

Showers don’t work, bathrooms were uncleaned from last guest.

location was good. It was not clean... the kitchen area was visibly dirty. Carpet was not in good shape. Furniture (table in room) was almost broken. Breakfast was really sparse - muffins and granola bars. by 0900 there was no coffee or hot water for tea.

Nothing Place in a a shithole !

We were forced to stay over in Washington due to inclement weather. Was a good place to crash for a few hours The location. It says Washington but it’s really Virginia

I walked into the hotel and there was a damp smell in general. The staff were very very nice. It wasnt until I got To my room I noticed a terrible smell right away. The room smelled of something old and the bathroom smelled of damp old mold that lingered. I didnt want to take a shower even 😩. The water had a hard time coming out the faucet and the shower had no pressure.

Would not recommend this location.

Location Staff unfriendly even rude and the morning staff provided poor service. They are just about the ‘money’ and customer service along with contextual consideration beyond their realm of understanding!

Nothing was good. A dirty room and property.

It's more like a mix income community with short term business & vacation travelers, low income, immigrant, tenants. The floor I was on smelled of curry or some other type International street food market from guest/residence cooking on the kitchen stove. I called the front desk for a pretty routine service (I can't remember exactly what it was, it's been over 2 weeks ago) & he told me they were too busy to do it, he'd try to it later. A couple of hours after I had resolved the staff member I spoke with earlier was still at the desk but the lobby was empty. I mentioned I had resolved the issue & he didn't even know what I was talking about. I know it was the same person because he was at the front when I was going to the room before I called for the service. There Continental Breakfast looked like the junk section of a convenience store. On the day I checked out there was another gentleman work the front desk. I told him cancel the reservation I had made to check-in for and overnight stay when I returned from out of the country on the 30th. He asked what did I think about the accommodation. I had no comment. He ask would I book with them again? My response was "nope" as I existed the facility.

Walls were very thin, could hear the other rooms. Towels had stains and toilet paper was not changed.
