Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Pleasant atmosphere and setting. Location near to sites and restaurants. The description of the superior suite said it included a separate bedroom with king bed and living room area. But that was incorrect. It did have a king bed but otherwise was not different than the regular suite. The price for the not so superior suite was 1100 pesos more, definitely not worth it. We think that they actually do not have rooms with separate bedrooms. Also it would have been nice to be able to have an earlier breakfast time as we were traveling up to El Rosario, and needed to leave earlier than the set time of 8:30.

Beautiful building. Relaxing and comfortable common spaces and the room itself. Comfortable bed, relaxing heated pool. But mostly it was the kind and helpful staff. We are grateful we stayed here for our El Rosario adventure day. Breakfast was also delicious and the coffee my favorite in all of our Mexico travels.

Absolutely beautiful, super clean, friendly staff, good breakfast One can hear everything in adjoining rooms and common areas. Water pressure in the shower is low, and one has to ask for hot water.

Very clean and inviting. A surprise inner pool and courtyard. Great room with a patio away from street noise. Delicious full breakfast. Hot shower.

Excellent lodging, the breakfast was especially good, friendly & helpful staff. Probably the priciest lodging in Zitácuaro, but worth it. TV reception & Wi-Fi were iffy, but if you came to Zitácuaro to watch TV and surf the net, well...

The staff is incredible and the facilities are impeccable. Gerardo is simply the best host.. it’s as if you’re a guest in his own home. Nothing.

This place is amazing! A secret oasis right in the middle of town! The room was huge, beautifully decorated and so comfy! Breakfast was delicious and I had the best pan dulce of my entire trip!

It has a nice vibe. The rooms in the front are facing the street, so can be noisy at night.
