The menu was not bad! There is the need to improve the scramble eggs, though!

The staff was excellent, Henry was very helpful to us. The place was quiet even though Pitbull was in town for a concert. Great for families. Thank you!

Very poor noise control. It was bad enough our room was next to the lobby and ice machine which were extremely loud (there were times I couldn’t hear the tv at max volume over the loud gathering in the lobby/breakfast area), but we could also hear every footstep in the room above us… Which happened to be a parade of children from the sounds of it. Would not return.

The staff were nice to us and they provided all the support we needed. The rooms were also clean.

Great stay! Clean room and a decent breakfast selection. Safe location with easy access to all the Hershey attractions!

Went to check in and it took the check in agent 20 minutes to acknowledge I was standing in front of her. Finally got checked into our room and pulled out the couch for my grandson and the sheets and mattress cover was dirty. It had crackers and was stained . We called down to the front desk and was told she would send some up. An hour later we still hadn't received the clean sheet. We called back down no one answered, called again still no answer. I finally went down and asked for the sheets. I was handed the sheets. No apology, no nothing. We were very disappointed with this stay.

T he eee was no coffee at night. No coffee maker in the room and no coffee in the lobby. The bathroom was not updated and we had no where to put our toiletries.

Location Horrible staff...I don't even want to remember our stay there... All I will say is there are far better hotels available in Hershey for a similar price.. Don't stay here. We had to leave at 10:30 at night and find another hotel ourselves. pathetic customer service

My family enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. From the breakfast to the indoor pool everything was great !!

Hotel was clean but our bathroom had a terrible ongoing smell for no obvious reason (likely plumbing). Staff were very nice, but that’s not enough to make me want to stay there again. There is absolutely no soundproofing between rooms or floors. It sounded like people were in our room 24/7. They didn’t make our beds once in 4 nights. They did change towels once, upon my request. In terms of motel quality, it’s acceptable. But nothing above that.

Stuff, very clean room Our room was close to the elevator and making a lot of sound. Too much noise on the hall area coming from customers .

The walls are thin, we heard the people above us until 1 am. The staff was friendly, the room was clean enough. Overall an okay stay for the price

We had a great stay. This place was perfect for staying and going to Hershey the next day. Our room was very clean, had no bad smells, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

It was a clean room. The breakfast was appreciated. The pool left a little to be desired, but we weren’t there to swim so that didn’t put a damper on the stay. Overall it was a nice hotel for the price.

Jason the Gm checked us in. We did early check in. He was extremely nice and accommodating. Henry checked us out. He was great as well. All the staff were friendly.
