The only two positives were the location and the view, but there are many better alternatives in Crete. So, my advice: skip this place. The hotel is very basic. We booked a 21 sq. meter sea view room and arrived at 1:30 AM, only to be given a TINY room (barley 14 sq. meters). They did change it the next morning to the one we originally booked, but why play games? On top of that, for 1.5 days we only had cold water – not even lukewarm. Having hot water for a shower is the bare minimum!

The staff was really friendly and willing to help. The room, bathroom and balcony were all perfectly clean. The location was perfect considering it was a minute away from hersonissos most known locations, bars, restaurants etc

The location is perfect! Close to everything. The room was dirty, they don’t change towels everyday, everyday, the air conditioner wasn’t good, the bathroom was so small…. The lights were awful… at the end it was disappointing!

Nothing from the window you can always hear the music from the disco, until 6 in the morning, on the first floor it stinks of a public toilet, shabby pool

Location was good The beds was awful from seventies and the bathroom was disappointing and small and dirty walls

Nothing, so dirty, staff, extremely unfriendly, i cant even believe it is 1 star Not even a shampoo in the room, toilet is super dirty, i even choose the expensive room Nothing at all, a peace of metal beside the bed, u will woke up bleeding ? But on the internet they show smt totally different
