The hotel is in a prime location. The view from the room of the ocean was great. It is a great place to relax and enjoy time with your partner. Room was spacious and comfortable. All good places were in walking distance from the hotel. N/A

the staff were very friendly and accommodating for all our needs and requests. the views from our room each day and evening were stunning. magical views over the sea. the bed, especially the pillow was super comfortable so much so i wanted to purchase the same for when i returned home. the hot tub really only worked well with the refilling hot tap rather than the temp control on the unit. we managed in the end but it was frustrating initially that the hot tub water did not heat up from the temp controller. we have alot of experience with these so we knew how to use it and have used many in other properties without issue.

Great location, great night life, room was clean and very spacious. Food was great!

Staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Very noisy because of Kahlua restaurant and The Palm night club, music until 5am.

Room a bit small for 2 travelers. No place to keep open suitcase except floor. Mattress was very soft and needs replacing.

They were willing to change dates last minute and couple of times due to flight cancellations. They were Very accommodating and nice.

The location of property was amazing, the sea view is beautiful, the staff all very helpful. Nice pool area. Can be a little noisy with beach club underneath but wasn’t a big issue just something worth noting when booking.

Amazing location, close to everything. Perfect sea view, and staff were lovely and helpful. Struggled to get sunbeds at the pool. People reserving beds with towels in morning then not coming back until late afternoon.

They help everywhere restaurants beach Front desk was outstanding Rooms nice and clean , and very comfortable beds , aircon good TV not to great but did not care watching All as great not really anything to complain Well I forgot , little to noisy late at night from clubs
