Iro Hotel

The food was great! Staff was very friendly, and the room was cleaned everyday. Nice hotel if you are looking for a lower budget option! Rooms were a little bit older than the photos, but it didn't matter that much to me.

Food was amazing, every meal was something different and very very nice. Maybe one of the best hotel restaurants regarding the food and variety from hotels that i stayed at previously. All compliments to the chef. Staff was really pleasant and helpful, so that is also great. Cleanliness of the rooms was not the best but decent. Bed was so uncomfortable i woke up every morning with the pain :D Room was overall ok. It is a little older place but since my focus is on the beach, sea and exploring the town room wasn't that big of a deal.

Bad wifi

The hotel we stayed in was quite old, the rooms were very small, the balcony was a meter by meter. The only thing that was cool was the food that was in the neighboring hotel Sergio, very friendly staff and a good location in 5 minutes to the beach. In general, for the price, it's very good.

We were deeply disappointed with our stay at Hotel Iro. From the moment we arrived, we discovered that although our accommodation was at Hotel Iro, all other activities such as breakfast, dinner, the pool, and more had to be done at Hotel Sergios, located next door and owned by the same management The disappointment began when we saw our room, which was significantly different from what was shown in the photos on Booking. The images of the Hall and rooms were actually from the nearby Hotel Sergios, not from Hotel Iro. In reality, we found ourselves staying in very old and shabby rooms. We noticed cobwebs under the ceiling and repeatedly found spiders in our room, which suggests a lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. Additionally, among the free amenities listed on Booking, a hairdryer was included, but it was not present in the room. We reported this issue to the reception but received no response or solution. The common areas of Hotel Iro were poorly lit and conveyed a sense of insecurity, as there were no controls or staff present in the hall. This aspect further contributed to our negative experience. Overall, Hotel Iro did not meet our expectations in the slightest and left us with a negative impression. We recommend paying close attention to the discrepancies between the expectations created by the photos and the actual accommodation.

The position of the hotel is perfect. The breakfast and the dinner are very good. Nice place, reccomended.

Everything was good. The room was super clean and fresh. Breakfast and dinner also were nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Also there is free parking area near by the hotel. Reception is in Sergio's Hotel. There are no heavy curtains, so in the morning the light is a little bit annoying.

Lovely hotel situated near the beach in the centre of Hersonissos. The staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the warm welcome of Nikos in the dining room each day. The variety of food, the taste of it, we were amazed. A good value for money. It is a 2* hotel but with a 5* staff and restaurant services. The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Location Well is old building needs some maintenance .. Curtains for windows doesn’t exist , Wi-Fi not at all in rooms ..!

Food was really great. Room was cleaned everyday and sheets are changed after 4 days. People are very very kind. Room and balcony are small. There is no curtain to block the sun in the morning.
