Nothing to complain.

The location is amazing - very close to the beach and with a lot of good restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel itself is also very good and the staff is super friendly. The shower door in my room wasn’t fully water-proofed and sometimes the bathroom floor got filled with water. The dinner buffet had good quality but I feel that sometimes it didn’t had enough variety.

Exceptional

Great location (next to the bus stop, close to supermarkets and other shops), 1min walk to the beach, very polite staff, very nice room (clean, comfortable) with a balcony and nice view. There was no noise from the street or the next door rooms. We had half-board reservation. The food was delicious, plenty, fresh and of good quality both breakfast and dinner. The chef was a respectful man. The waiters were really polite and helped a lot. I definitely recommend this hotel for stay during the holidays. Everything was great except for the hotel’s policy for not providing any kind of drinks (including plain water) for free during the dinner in the half-board reservation. I have stayed in a lot of half-board hotels around the world and plain water was provided. They could reconsider providing water as they do during the breakfast, other than this everything was great.

With my wife we were especially delighted with the atmosphere at the hotel, the cuisine at the hotel, the location (less than 1 minute from the beach/supermarket/restaurants and bars), the general service of the people working there, and the rooms. The possibility to rent a car from the hotel agency should not be ommitted. With my wife we rented a car for 2 days, with full insurance and free kilometers. At the first night there, our flight was delayed appr. 3 hours, we missed the dinner time, but the staff had prepared a small welcome dinner for us. Thank you! We highly recommend visiting the hotel! The location as it s very close to the beach, personal very friendly and it was clean in the room. The rooms are not soundproof and sometimes is noise (from the other rooms).

The breakfast and dinner were great. Everyday was different menu and it was fresh and testy. Just1 min. walk to the beach, shops, bus stop. Staff are very kind, try to accommodate every need. Strongly recommended for short or long stay. Nothing to say.

The staff was very nice, i checked in after dinner time and they served me a light meal so i would not go to bed on an empty stomach. Good breakfast and dinner. The room has a decent size and has everything you need for your stay, i got lucky to have a sea view which was amazing. Wifi is not so great, so if you have to do some work in your vacation which was my case it makes it a little harder. The hotel pool is a kinda small and has a little sitting area which gets full very fast.

Great location and very helpful staff We had half board was ok, but after a few days, I felt like it was the same again . It would be great to have some drinking / water glasses in your room

Breakfast was ok, dinner also. Location is great. Cleaning lady was not doing her job as supposed, also they gave us cards when we want new/clean sheets to put them on bed. We tried 2 times, they were never changed. We could go on with also other things, but this was the thing that bothered us most. Also you can hear everything, doors are not fully closed, also through the wall you can hear people talking, snoring, closing doors, lights etc.. Bathrom - when you shower all the water goes out so you have wet floor all over the bathrom which is also noticable because when we came, the bathroom door were already destroyed because of the water. attitude from some staff... This is my 3rd stay in this hotel and I am sad to say probably also last.

Pleasant and helpful staff. The room was spacious and beautiful. There is a cozy pool with many sun loungers. It's half a minute to the sea, and there are also many shops and restaurants around. In the evening you can walk along the seaside. The bus stop is 1-2 minutes walk, the bus goes to Heraklion and the airport. And most importantly - excellent cuisine in the hotel, the food was tasty and of high quality. I had a special request for gluten free and vegan food and I ate great for the whole week, there were so many options. In my experience this is very rare. The main thing was a lovely warm welcome near midnight by a staff member Antonis who greeted us off our late arrival flight which was even more delayed. He ensured that we had some supper and a glass of wine. He made us feel so welcome and was more than happy to share some information on the local area. Lovely stop over on our journey to Elounda. The hotel is very near the beach and is off the main road so very little noise. Very comfortable

The food was great, the only minus was the lack of fish meals. Cleaning and staff with a very nice attitude. The room.was great with comfortable beds. The small pool.
