The hotel was excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel also offers a stunning view, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The only thing is the Asian restaurant, the food and the waiting time for the food was terrible

When we arrived , via public bus. we were stuck at the bottom of the hill for 30mins, waiting for staff to collect us. It was hot, we had been traveling for over 4 hours

תודה לכם שעשיתם כל מה שביקשנו החדר היה הפתעה לגמרי וגם הפינוקים לא אמרו לנו בקבלה שצריך לשריין מראש את המסעדות

Rooms were nice and clean. The 6 pools, which were all great divide the guests well, the kids have their own area so the rest of the hotel is nice and quiet. Great friendly staff. All and all a very good experience. The food is a bit hit or miss, though the gyros were great consistently. Outside the resort is not really developed. There are some things to do, but it's not a nice area to walk around. The alcohol is made of good quality spirits, but it's all the same thing - a spirit, a sweetener, a soft drink. Anything else is extra. Would have been appropriate to have some classical cocktails included in the all inclusive deal. Instead, a mojito will cost you. Most crete attractions are more than an hour away from the hotel.

The Food: The dining experience needs an upgrade. The menu lacked variety, and the overall texture and quality of the food could be much better. The Beds: The mattress definitely needs to be replaced. It wasn't very comfortable, and I woke up feeling a bit stiff and sore.

generally a nice stay, very clean, good variety of foods, good and friendly entartainment team, not too crowded, nice and helpful staff, near to the beach, very good and entartaining for families with children. I find the hotel a bit overrated because of the following reasons: 1. food quality not good enough. Worth mentioning that at each meal, there were 1 or 2 foods with good quality, the rest was basically just at an acceptable level. 2. timely-limited food offer: breakfast 7:30-10:00, lunch 12:00-14:30, dinner 18:30-21:30. They had snack bars open from 10:00 till 21:30, but with limited food variety, sometimes the rests of the previous meal. 3. realy bad coffee. Only one barista coffee machine in the whole hotel, in operation only after 10am and only at a cost (not free). Other basic coffee machines were available 24/7, but providing disaster instant coffee. Even for traditional greek coffee we had only once the chance in Kafenio (available only with reservation, limited to 1-time use per stay) 4. While checking in, the way we got informed about the possibilites we had was not professional. They started to say what we CANNOT do (that we cannot enter the other restaurant, and that a couple of restaurants could be visited only once during the stay and exclusively with prior reservation). It would've left a better first impression if they began with what we CAN do. They could've invested a bit more time for the check-in session and introducing their facilites, rather than giving us a booklet and only highlighting the things we cannot do. 5. timely-limited usage of facilites: Pools 10:00-18:00, even the inner pool, which is quite highly restricted.

More options for guests from Israel with Kosher dietary preferences and requirements would be appreciated. Since the hotel is located on a mountain, walking uphill can be challenging. An on-demand shuttle service would greatly improve convenience for guests. In addition, offering a wider variety of food options would enhance the experience, as the menu tends to become repetitive during longer stays.

The food is amazing, plenty of options all day long!
-
The variety of food, the pools, the view. Room was right next to busy road with buses landing at all hours of the night. Room decor was about 30 years behind the time. Reception staff unhelp and rude when approached for help. Steep hill to reach dining area every meal time. No taxi when checking out when we requested o e. We had to drag our luggage up a steep hill to check out.

Everything

Indoor heated pool 27 degC was perfect for kids, food, flexibility of taking food basically anytime, view, ice cream, parking places, some animals like donkey, sheep for kids to see. Complex is really huge and good value for money.

Nothing

There is nothing we didn't like. But the mountain behind the hotel is so beautiful and I wished it had hiking trail to go all the way up and enjoy the view from top. This may not be under the resort's control, but maybe something to think about for the future if they can influence it somehow. It would be a great one day activity for the guests. Another thing, the main road at the main entrance is high traffic street and it is a bit dangerous to cross it with young children. There is no traffic light or pedestrian crossing, and the drivers are not keen to stop for you to cross.

Nothing to complain.

We enjoyed everything and had a great vacation in this hotel! We will be happy to come back again. I didnt like that although this is 4 stars hotel and it is all inclusive and everything was really high class, you need to pay for pool towels. Also, i think the activities of the animation team should be better.

Food was fine, good choices to suit all, location lovely, great facilities, ideal family hotel, Wished there had been an electrical socket by a mirror for use of hair straighteners, my only grumble!
-
The service was excellent, and the staff were always kind and respectful. The reception team was very welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The animation team was full of energy, fun, and warm-hearted, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the stay.
