Very nice staffs and breakfast!

Τhe breakfast was good. The staff and the owners were amazing. Very friendly and helpful, helped us with any problem or question we had. The beds were very comfy.

The location is good, it is a quiet place. Breakfast is okay but everyday the same. Room was nice Lift is not working. But fortunately the staff helped us with the luggage.

If you are looking for a nice, quiet stay and looking to explore Crete charm is an awesome option, we stayed for 4 nights and couldn't make a better choice.! A small and simple hotel, offering breakfast for free. There was also a mini fridge with reasonably priced drinks. The rooms are recently renovated and very clean. the family that run the hotel are super friendly and gave us very goood recommendations!

Breakfast The hotel is good if you just want to overnight somewhere. When you take a shower, you have lots of water in the bathroom. There were dead mosquitos on the walls. The ceiling was looking old.

Super clean and very comfortable great location two minutes from bus stop. It was perfect!!!

The Charm hotel is really full of charm! Nice little hotel on a great location(walking distance to the town centre, but still without any noise). Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff is extremely pleasant and always keen to help you with any request. Mini-bar prices are similar to those in supermarket(which is around 50 meters from the hotel).

We booked this for a girls family holiday! Firstly the hotel itself was perfect, it was simple, clean and the staff were super friendly, nothing was too much to ask! Location was super, located next to supermarket, 5 minute walk from the beach, restaurants located within 5/10 minute walk! Perfectly located for everything, but also remote enough that you aren’t kept awake with outside sounds. The bed was comfy and nice balcony view also. Value for money was amazing, just a good find and would highly recommend. Would recommend in regards to beach walking an extra 15 minutes to golden bay beach, it’s beautiful, easy walk and worth it! Also palm beach club is perfect if you want a pool with €5 for sunbed hire and to have access to a swimming pool. Definitely recommend! Only minor downside was breakfast being very specific everyday with not much selection, ie everyday some sort of eggs, fruit, bread rolls and pancakes. If your expecting a full breakfast every morning, you will not get this.

Very warm welcome and great hospitality We use the hotel as a base to explore the island Cleaning every day and towels has been changed in two days Breakfast was great and everyday we had different kind of food Kristina and Antonis are really great hosts and they helped us during our stay Lunch package was wonderful with homemade pie Value for money definitely Nothing

Cute Hotel in a quiet side street but still very close to the main attractions! Very nice staff. Parking on the street almost always available. Breakfast was a little sparse in options.
