Everything was amazing—from the excellent location to the warm and friendly staff. The atmosphere was beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming. Everything was well organized and made the experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to visit again.

The city the hotel is located is nice. It’s a good city for young people, with a lot of bars and clubs. There were an entertainment program every day until 11pm in the pool that is in the middle of the hotel, which were nice. The double bed in the 3 bed room was good and comfortable. The reception workers were nice and the hotel accommodated for a special request we had. The rooms are comfortable and were cleaned everyday, with a view to the pool. Additionally, you can book a private pool at the spa area, which is incredibly nice,And get a professional massage. There were a few problems. The “spa” area didn’t work, and besides a private pool you can book, everything like the jacuzzi and sauna needs to be paid for. The food is not really good, with a little variance in the grand scheme of food itself, with mostly the same menu every day. There was a small kitchen in the room with electrical stove , fridge , however there were no frying pans, dishes.So if you want to cook by yourself it’s problematic.

Stayed here for a bachelorette trip - the service was excellent, staff super helpful, and the location perfect, close to all the shops and restaurants.

The property is nice. Very modern. In the heart of Hersonissos. The rooms are ok, spacious. The food on the menu was really good. The staff was also very great!! Kudos for the restaurant/bar manager. The breakfast was the same. It would have been nice to mix it a bit especially the ham/salami and the cheese (more variety).

The facilities are fantastic: a great pool with a lounge area, a bar serving delicious cocktails, and live DJ sets by the pool that really set the vacation mood. There’s always something going on — music, parties, activities — but everything is done with taste and good vibes. The food was also a big highlight — breakfast was varied and tasty, and dinner was just as good. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making you feel truly welcome. The beach and the center of Hersonissos are just a short walk away, with lots of cafes, shops, and entertainment options nearby. We absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a mix of comfort, style, and fun. We’d love to come back again!

The staff, especially the receptionists, were all fantastic!! They were friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great stay! We were lucky enough to be offered a suite at check in, which suited us better as we were a group of 3 and it was much more spacious than the 2 double rooms we originally booked! The pool area was lovely, lots of sunbeds and the DJ played a mixture of music between 1-6pm which gave it a bit of life. We even got a free welcome neck massage which was amazing! Breakfast had lots on offer. The location was great, easy to walk to lots of bars and restaurants. And a short taxi ride to Old Hersonissos, Piskopiano and Koutouloufari where there were lots of traditional tavernas and bars. The beaches in Hersonissos werent the best so we took a taxi to Stalis, where there was a sandy beach with lots of beach bars all offering sunbeds. I would 100% return to this hotel. I cant say anything negative about Cooks Club. But if I were to make a recommendation, I would suggest putting a long mirror in the bedrooms.

Very cool hotel and truly a different experience compared to any other hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff were very nice and friendly and they made us feel as being part of a community not just guests. The rooms were spacious and clean and we really enjoyed the pool view from our balcony, the poolside DJ and the evening entertainment (live band, violin and saxophone players). Overall, I think they have a cool hotel concept and we’re planning on visiting again in the future. We had the breakfast included and even though we enjoyed the food, we would’ve liked a bit more diversity.

the room ive booked for the vacation was given to a different person' that coused me big discomfort and waste of time and money... no compensation was offered, and it really made the vacation annoying' plus AC didnt work in my room one day... super hot

One of the best places I’ve been in. The hotel is located at the center near to restaurants, bars, and shops. Good vibes with young people, DJ in the pool and we had the best time there.

Very nice clean room music could have been not played so early

The breakfast offer was really very good! We only had bed and breakfast but still ate in the cantina from time to time and the food in the hotel was really excellent! The location of the hotel is great - there are countless shopping opportunities all around. It's only a few minutes' walk down to the beach promenade and there are lots of great restaurants, bars, clubs etc here too. We liked the size of the room and the well-equipped fitness room. The beds are okay. The individual mattresses are not so comfortable for couples. The very loud music at the pool and around the bar/restaurant starts at lunchtime. So if you want to relax by the pool and maybe read a book, this is definitely not the place for you. The music is so loud that you can hardly have a conversation at the table or in the pool. A few decibels quieter would still be loud enough and it would be nice if the music at least started in the afternoon for all those guests who don't want to be subjected to constant sound from midday onwards. There are also hardly any beds with shade and very few umbrellas. Around the pool you are actually lying in the blazing sun all day. The light in the room is not very good - so the rooms are not ideal for those who want to do their make-up/styling in the room.

Good vibe, location and staff Walls could be better sound profed we could here phone ringing in next room, people walking down corridors coming in at 5am, people coming off the street to use the pool and sun beds when not enough for guests .
