The staff is great ? The room was great and comfortable Having 2 beds pushed together to make a King/Queen size bed

there was a a faint smell of dampness in the room that didnt go away. I had people talking to their phone in the middle of the night in front of my door which i assume was the stuff..

I liked everything about the place, and staff was perfect. Starting from the reception and pool staff. Especially Vasilis who is working at the restaurant who was super friendly! Food was great and everyday different. The beach was 2 minutes away, lovely and clean pool.

The kitchen manager and staff were fantastic and very accommodating with our toddler. The food was delicious and had a different theme each evening for dinner. The pool area and lounging area were beautiful with a very attentive bar tender. Perfect for families and people without kids. You have to find parking on the street near the hotel. There isn't a designated parking area for the hotel but they do help you find a spot to park.

Very nice and comfortable room, excellent food, kind staff. 2 min. walk to the ocean. Very quiet , a little off the busy main strip.

The hotel is quite good, reasonable price. The room was nice, clean, with nice view of the sea and also pool area. Probably the last floor has a better view, but it was okay even from our. We had a chance to watch the sunrises. The staff was kind and responsive. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast and dinner were also good - but mainly the same food. I already saw some reviews regarding the food. In my opinion it is not a big trouble, as you have a chance to choose and mix everything as you want. Probably, if we had a longer stay, it could cause a dislike, so maybe it is good to think about more variety for future. Sea and the main street (all shops, restaurants and bars) are close to the hotel - so the location is perfect and there are also no noises. Actually there is nothing to complain about. The only thing we noticed is that shower is missing one door - probably would be good to fix it in the future. And the water at dinner had a strange taste, but it is actually great that they offer some water, as there are other hotels which do not offer any drinks at dinner. And of course the pool bar is working and you can buy any drinks you like.

Exceptional

- the location is very good, close to the sea (although the beaches are very narrow and stony, you don't have room for a towel) - the housekeeper changed our towels every 2-3 days - very taste pancakes for breakfast - the quality of the furniture, the room looked excellent - small but functional fitness gym, really useful - I had a room with a sea view (1st floor), implicitly with a view to the pool. EXTREMELY NOISY, from the first hour of the morning until after midnight (very loud music in the evening, agitated people, cars, etc.) - the mattress was quite worn, and they put a kind of memory mattress over it, extremely uncomfortable, I couldn't rest at all, my back hurt. - very big and very hard pillows, I had to sleep without a pillow, I had a big neck pain - in the morning, water, juices, coffee were offered from the vending machine. EXTREMELY SALT, WATER AND COFFEE COULD NOT BE CONSUMED (I drank coffee from the capsule in the room, with bottled water). - THERE WERE NOT EVEN JUICES OFFERED IN THE EVENING. SALT WATER ONLY. GOD FORBID. I was completely dehydrated, I sat down to carry water from the supermarket... really, guys?

The location. Food was awful. Didn’t get enough toilet roll only one and the air on in the room was leaking. The staff told us we could check out at 1 and when we checked out a different staff was angry about it. Our room was nothing like what we saw in photos. This property should be 3 star not 4.

The pool is small but good and clean. In my room I didn't have wi-fi even if they told me that there is hotel wi-fi in the rooms. The rooms are clean, big and nice. The location of the hotel is excellent, Near the beaches and in the center of the city.

Poor

Very near the beach, and only ca. 26 minutes by car to the airport. The staff were nice at the Reception (always willing to help), the Hotel Bar (always friendly) and the cleaning staff (always polite).. :) Room is cleaned everyday. Our room is at the 4th floor and there is no elevator (each floor is 2 batches of stairs and steep), the aircon was very very weak and it is very hot at this season we went in there. It was never a complete relaxation. Our room's toilet is always very hot even if we always open the window, compared to the main room (although it is already as well warm in the room) Some of the things in the room are damaged (eg. Toilet seats, the fridge leaning so much to its side and does not close properly), the Bed is so squeaky cannot relax also because of it. One of the staff in the breakfast and dinner area is NOT very friendly (I don't like to describe further but it affects the whole mood when we were there eating). Plus, there is not so much options and variations with the food.
